It is a regular KOA campground. It does have a pool, we did not get a chance to use because it was raining and cold when we were there. They did have new bathrooms that were very clean, which was welcome surprise. It was very close to the highway so it did have a bit of road noise. We would probably stay again if our kid have another activity in Headingley.

Great place to stay, a little noisy due to being right on a major highway, but will definitely be staying there again it has easy access to anywhere in the City.

Nice campground, yes you are near the highway and yes you hear the road noise but you are camping, have fun.

Nice owner and staff. Upgrading facilities. Modern and clean. No long termers which makes for nicer campground all around. Great dog run. Bit far out from Winnipeg.

Campground was nice but highway noise loud but accessability easy which is the trade off. Wifi in all the KOA's is nil. All KOAS l should have a password with more boosters for stronger wifi & access.

We enjoyed our stay but we're a bit disappointed with the showers. The hot water only stayed on for a few seconds.

It was lovely. The people we met were all lovely also. The only issue was it rained and the Manitoba Gumbo stuck to our dog, shoes lol etc! The renos are really nice as well as your new washroom/shower facility. The new trees will really add to the character of the place when they fill out more.

Our stay was ok but the internet was crap. Kept cutting out and slower than a snail. There is no reason to offer wifi internet and then basically cut it so far back that nothing works. If you can’t offer wifi that works than don’t offer it. Part of the high fees is to cover that service.

A hidden gem with the kindness staff. Very clean and lovely. The dog park was a huge hit. Will stay again for sure.

Reception talked us into a full service site which would be quieter as our original reservation was beside the highway. It was not quiet as we could hear all the noise from the trucks on the highway.

Site was very level and thus setup was extremely simple. A bit of noise from the traffic on the Trans Canada but a very convenient location to access.

Campground is very nice. Everyone on staff was so friendly. Special kudos to the lady doing the general lawn maintenance who bent over backward to be helpful.

Very friendly staff. Just stayed overnight so didn't have a chance to see most of the park. Office is also a service centre with gas and offers a 1 cent discount to campers.

camp was clean and well cared for.The hosts were very nice and helpful.The only negative comment would be it is situated by Trans Canada Hwy. which is very busy and noisy with traffic day and night.

Stayed 5 days. New, clean washrooms along with many improvements. Staff could not have been more courteous, helpful, or polite -made our stay most enjoyable!

Everything was fine except there was a problem with the power .I was not getting enough power to operate some of the things on my unit. I called about it and was told they would get back to me.The roof ac did not work and the 12 inverter did not work.When I got home I hooked up my 30 amp generator and everything worked as it should.

Terrain de camping correct pour un arrêt dodo sur la route 1. Il est prêt de Winnipeg ce qui le rend intéressant.

It’s not what we have come to expect from a KOA. A no frills’ campground, no extra services. No escort to the site, no cable, wifi was average, very dry. There was a really bad storm. A rotten tree limb broke off and landed on our kitchen slide, luckily there was no serious damage. The owner was very attentive and accommodating, he came immediately when we called at 11pm and assisted us.

The owners are wonderful people! The campground is clean and has everything you need. The location is close enough to the city to do the city stuff, while being far enough from the city to feel like you're camping. Highly recommend!
