It was a nice place with a lot to offer. It is very clean and really nice bathrooms. It rained most of the weekend, but we still had a great time.

Been coming for over 20 years- love the campground and all amenities- new bathrooms look great, along with landscaping upgrades to some areas that had alot of dirt rather than grass -or stone —love the refrigerators in the cabins!!

Beautifully maintained! Tons of fun for the kids. Heated pool is a plus. So happy with the newly renovated bathrooms too! Friendly staff!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice facilities that were well maintained. Loved the wood delivery service. We had a great time for a rainy weekend here up in the mountains.

Had a nice stay, even in spite there being some rain! My son loved the bouncy pad, playground, firetruck ride, and freeze pops. We sadly missed the chance to use the mini golf and pool, but hope to return and use them. Not as many coordinated activities as other KOAs, but we didn't really need them because there was enough to do. Very clean bathrooms.

Awesome campground. We stayed in the wooded tent area which seems to be secluded, yet still has all the amenities. The heated pool is wonderful.

This is a very nice KOA campground. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The campsite was clean and in good shape. Public bathrooms were fresh and upgraded. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Franconia Notch Park and the town of Lincoln.

The campsites are much closer together than we would prefer. We felt like we were on display to our neighbors on both sides.Very clean. Great for kids. Kind, friendly staff. Our grandkids would love it.

The staff was great. The office staff took great care of our six-year-old whenever he needed something from the store. They helped him with mini-golf, listened about his day, and answered his questions about the campground, wildlife, and everything else. The place was spotless.

This was our third time staying there and we really enjoy the campground and its location to area attractions. Well kept and clean. Showers and bathrooms are very clean. A++

From the moment we arrived on Tuesday night later than we expected we were greeted by a terrific staff. This campground is super. We have a special needs son named Aaron who loves to engage with new people. Darlene made a friend with Aaron and All the other staff were equally attentive to our needs and him just a wonderful place for us to come for a few days. We look forward to coming back!

The guy who came to our site due to low branches was inexperienced and extremely rude. I can more fully explain to the campground owners if they call me. Too much to list here.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Your two night stay, reserved on the internet chose a patio site appropriate for the size of your RV. Upon your arrival to your site, you decided to use your own pole saw to cut our branches. Our customer service member suggested you relocate and upon doing so, you remained unsatisfied.

There is no cable even though there is cable setup at each site. The sites are gravel and could be wider - the sewer connection next to me was in my site area as mine was in the site next to me. WiFi is advertised but is non-existent as I could not get any internet access. The campground has the best playground that I have ever seen anywhere. The workers are friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the Treehouse cabin and had a great time! We wish there had been sheets for the upstairs mat and top sheets for the bunk beds but we loved it there. The kids had so much fun in the pool and surprisingly (to me) in the ga ga ball pit. There was so much to do there, the kids were in heaven. The only real downside was some very noisy neighbors but that’s not KOA’s fault

Very clean and well appointed campground. The staff - especially Robbie, the owner - was extremely kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us! We WILL return and highly recommend this KOA.

We have been going to this location for many years . Now we bring our family and friends as a group each year . Darlene and Rob do a great job with events for the kids . We really never have ant complaints . Love how the new bathrooms in the back of the campground came out !! Always improving things !! Can't wait for our next trip .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was welcoming and so helpful! Enjoyed the sites and activities in the area. Very clean and kept up so cleanly throughout the campground.

Nice place, wish they told you the beds in the cabins were hard as a brick to sleep in. Bring a mattress pad. Also be careful a lot of the cabins have no bathrooms. For the kids it was fun and nicely secluded

This is our second visit to the the KOA. We had a week stay and loved it. We already rebooked for next year. The campground is very clean and the employees are so nice.

Very cool place with lots of amenities. There's a swimming pool, club house, and mini-golf! They also set up a huge flat bouncy mat the kids spent hours on. Bathrooms are temperature controlled and gorgeous. Why I did 4⭐. Outside of the area by the main building the campground it's self is mostly just a large lot with some grassy patches for things like tents or activities. Not much privacy to be had; there were no trees or nature in between camp sites. Also a pretty steep drop off only a few feet away from the edge of the back camp sites.
