Site was beautiful and the bathrooms were pretty clean,The staff was friendly but they double booked our tent spot and after we had already set up camp, were told to move. So we moved and then the couple that was supposed to set up there, decided to piggy back their friends site- so we moved for no reason. That was super annoying especially because we have young kids so they gave us a free night

Site was clean. Prices here have gone up and no cable 2nd year. Not that I need cable but when you have rain for three days you’re stuck inside. Had numerous charges to my credit card and reversed. Staff seems confused. Not even sure what the site cost is with six transactions on my credit card that includes three reversals. I’ve been coming here for 5 years straight. Time to move on.

I was billed with out my approval for charges they could not actually explain.

We had a wonderful time and love this KOA. I recommend it to our friends and family (we will be back). The staff was so awesome! I truly enjoyed talking with them. The balloons for children with cancer was such a wonderful thing. Just a perfect experience.This place is so clean! The bathrooms are lovely and clean. The sites are spacious and well maintained. The pizza is awesome! Thank you!!

We love the Lincoln/Woodstock KOA. The sites are flat, there is plenty of grassy area to play with your kids or pets, the dog park is large with many things to do in there. The upgraded wifi was great and everyone is just plain friendly there. We are looking forward to seeing you again later this summer. (If there was any way to water the roadway when it's so dry out, that would be great too.)

We loved everything about it lot of stuff for the kids to do the dogs and still quiet and the people that work there were very nice. Woll be back for sure.

Darlene at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were absolutely spotless as was the whole campground. The rest of the staff super super helpful. I had a great one night stay I will be back!

I think that this KOA is always nice and clean and the staff so friendly but I wish it had more to offer. The trails at Cocorua KOA for instance are wonderful and there is the ability to beautify the trail to the River for add more walking trails around the area. I do like that you have a longer season but I think I would spend more time there if the site offered more.

We love that you found us! It's unfortunate you could not locate our trails to the pond and through the woods to the river. Our maintained trails loop around which will allow a great 2+ mile walk or trail ride on your Mt. Bike. Please inquire in the office for details.

It was very spacious and clean! We love the path down to the pond/river. The fenced in dog area was nice. All the employees were friendly!

I booked a campsite for my boyfriend and I last minute, and we had the most wonderful experience. Pam was so helpful and even helped pick out a more secluded site. The store had so many helpful items for anything we may have forgotten (wood, food items, and even made to order pizza). This Campsite has so many amenities that we hadn't anticipated, we would HIGHLY recommend!

We paid for the full hookup with patio and assigned the regular site on the welcome note since it was 11 pm we had no choice .So unorganized and confused when mentioned the next morning As KOA reward member with lots of KOA experience,we were totally surprised by their attitudes. Still owed us $32.58(difference between patio and non patio) Totally disappointed

Thank you for your recent visit. Upon your late arrival, you chose a map for a site available not the one reserved for you. Your choice to remain on that site upon your registration, was your's and to not take the one reserved. We did not over charge and you paid only the difference.

Great location, close to a lot of sites we wanted to visit. We have a satellite dish, and while they offer cable, they were able to put us in an open area that they were surprised enabled our dish perfectly. The staff is very nice and the pizza is better than my home pizzeria! We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Very cool place with lots of amenities. There's a swimming pool, club house, and mini-golf! They also set up a huge flat bouncy mat the kids spent hours on. Bathrooms are temperature controlled and gorgeous. Why I did 4⭐. Outside of the area by the main building the campground it's self is mostly just a large lot with some grassy patches for things like tents or activities. Not much privacy to be had; there were no trees or nature in between camp sites. Also a pretty steep drop off only a few feet away from the edge of the back camp sites.
