Bathrooms were excellent. Our daughter enjoyed the flashlight candy hunt. It was so noisy being next to the highway, that was unexpected. Also we were in site 103. It was very small and there was no privacy between campsites. This was also unexpected. I would prefer bushes planted between sites for privacy. Our fire pit was only 8 feet from the fire pit of the next campsite.

Great place very clean and nice people. You should be told making reservations if your site is next to path though. It was the only down side.

My only complaint is two days in a row the women’s room kept running out of toilet paper.

we have camped in 49 states and hundreds of campgrounds and this is one of the nicest we have been in. Clean, lots for kids to do and quiet at night. We'll be back!

They do not have cable TV but tell you to stream instead. Their internet is very poor and you can not effectively stream TV. Internet OK for e-mail and some web. Facilities clean, and staff is friendly. Seems like a good family spot.

I’ve been staying in this campground over the last three years and loved it. Disappointed at the wear in the glamping tent not being taken care of. The cleanliness was not there. Also the noise level after ten was not managed. Not sure why things have changed so much and not the same but we will move on next year to another KOA for our annual vacation.

Paid full amenities, NO cable-says they do. Forget internet. I was 10 ft from pole and could not use. Had to sit in front of office to do work for hours. Kids screaming after dark with flash lights. Had to change site cause put in a triangle site where all the cars come in. Should not be a site. never again & would like Monday refunded as NO cable NZo internet. It advertised as having it!

Thank you for your stay. We do not advertise cable only wi-fi. The activity for use of flashlights was a "Flashlight Candy Hunt" It's a short event and apologize if it created an unhappy experience. The children always love it.

Campground was clean, lots of activities for kids of all ages, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this campsite to anyone

The sites are a little narrow, but other than that everything was great! Everyone staff person we interacted with was extremely friendly and the facilities are maintained exceptionally well.

The site was great. Level from side to side, Only had to level the camper front to back. On site swing was an unexpected bonus.

We had good week at the campground only problem was the lack of cable and the internet service was lacking so that streaming was not good at times. But overall very good time

The location is minutes from I 93 and makes a great Basecamp for Lincoln and the Kancamagus highway. The staff was very accommodating and their homemade pizza was great. The camp's firetruck was a great addition to keep kids occupied. I will stay there again.

The campground was awesome. It was great to have the playground area where we could see it from the cabins. The extra events that were put on were fun too. Can't wait to book for next year

We've stayed at the KOA several times and have never been disappointed. The sites are level and of a good size. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained no matter how busy the campground is or what time of day or night it is. We will be back gor sure!

We've stayed at a lot of KOA's as we've travelled out West. This was our 1st time at this KOA and it was one of the best ones we've ever been at. Clean campground with level sites and plenty of room between sites. Great campground for our puppy as there was a Kamp K9, a smaller fenced in area as well as a grassy Dog Walk area!

It was a wonderful weekend stay! The staff was very welcoming. Check in was easy and quick. The store was really busy but I was able to register quickly, which I appreciated. The kids were already tired and cranky from the long drive. Our cabin was clean and ready for us to relax. Everything was working as it should be. The bathrooms were great. Looked as if they were recently renovated.

We stayed in the beautiful covered wagon. It was far better than we even imagined!! The campground was clean and beautiful. The staff and fellow campers were so friendly and our kids lived on the jump pad and in the pool!! We have already recommended KOA to all of our family members and plan to go back next year.

Friendly, helpful staff! Great location near beautiful rocky stream. Be prepared for a bit of a hike to get to the stream.

lots of rain bathrooms clean for the amount of people. patrols around the campground all the time things for the kids to do.

We've been camping here for 30 years, with our children, family and friends. This trip was with our son, daughter in law and grandchildren. They all had a great time! The playground, fire truck ride and barrel ride were a big hit. As usual, Darlene, Rob and staff made us feel welcome and just like family! We all can't wait till next year, already booked!!

Been staying at this KOA since I was a kid, brought my own children here for the first time and couldn’t be happier. Amazing facilities and even greater staff/ownership. Love this place and the people.

Loved our stay! The campground was lovely! There was much to do to keep us busy at zero to little additional cost. Everything was very clean, well maintained and the staff were all incredible kind and attentive. We’re very much looking forward to retuning in the future.

We have camped for 35 years . Your campground was , by far , the cleanest campground we've ever stayed !! Absolutely spotless , the bathrooms , the cabin , the grounds !! The staff was incredibly kind , friendly and helpful !! We cannot wait to return !!

Very nice campground. The restrooms were very clean. A quiet campground. Lots of activities for the kids and nice staff. Some of the sites are a little cramped but the other campers were very respectful.

This place is AMAZING!!! From the moment we arrived EVERYONE was incredibly friendly & welcoming. The tree house was incredibly clean and neat. We instantly fell in love with the place. Our trip was everything we were hoping it would be & then some! Can't wait to return.

KOA worked hard to keep bathrooms clean and smelling fresh, pizza was great and staff is very friendly and great to work with. I’ve been camping here for 5 years and KOA have never disappointed with their incredible service.

This is our second year coming with our entire family for the weekend and it will easily be an annual event. I can’t say enough about it, friendliest staff, lots for the kiddos to do in and around camp, so super clean, the most beautiful view to wake up to…we absolutely love it here and already are planning next year!! Very cool place with lots of amenities. There's a swimming pool, club house, and mini-golf! They also set up a huge flat bouncy mat the kids spent hours on. Bathrooms are temperature controlled and gorgeous. Why I did 4⭐. Outside of the area by the main building the campground it's self is mostly just a large lot with some grassy patches for things like tents or activities. Not much privacy to be had; there were no trees or nature in between camp sites. Also a pretty steep drop off only a few feet away from the edge of the back camp sites.
