It was a beautiful campground and had just about anything you'd want and an absolutely perfect location. We could see that all the families around us were also truly enjoying themselves, a wonderful thing to see!

Site was beautiful wish there was a bit more grass on sites. Bathrooms were very clean and staff was nice

Our stay was excellent. Campsite was clean and tidy. Facilities were in good order. Could have done without the party of people next to back restrooms with the naked blow up dolls out for my child to see. This was on 9/6/20.

Great campground! Can’t wait to visit again, we actually extended our stay an extra day while there. Thanks for a wonderful Labor Day weekend!!

There is no ..none what do ever Guidelines for the corona pandemic in place no distancing signage nobody wears a mask girls running the camp store don’t care No sanitization in place Kids are riding little trains And a Fire truck no sanitization People check out at 11am the next campers are in hour later no sanitation there is mice in the cabins heard several people talking about it no rules

We were there just to relax and get organized for another dry camping adventure. We stay at this koa several times a season, it is a mile from home.

Campground was nice but for the money spent i think they could add back the cable TV, not fun on a rainy day

We had a full HU pull thru site, lots of room. Nice paver patio, table, chairs and fireplace. Campground kept very clean, lots of things to do for kids and adults. Couldn't figure out cable. wasn't important. We planned to do things in the area and location was perfect for access to hiking trails and local attractions. Met nice people, staff and campers. Thank you Goodbout family. We'll be back.

Great job even in the rain. Perfect park for kids. We had a site right across from the park. It was a small sight but perfect with being able to let the kids do all the fun activities. We will use this KOA when we are taking away small kids. The kids we had were 6,7 and 4.

The campground was beautiful and well cared for, however the husband and wife team a hard working team were not friendly, took forever to get a working cable box, and there seemed to be NO MASK policy at the campground, despite NH policy. (https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dphs/cdcs/covid19/documents/employee-travel-guidance.pdf) Otherwise, we had great weather, and the people of NH we as always friendly!

Great, well-run campsite close to everything in the White Mountains. We found our campsite reasonably sized, impeccably clean and nicely shaded. Tons of activities for the kids. Spotless bathrooms/showers. Very cute, well-stocked camp store, they even deliver pizza. Go for one of their patio sites, they're nice! Nice trail down to the river. We'll be going back.

we had site #8 i think it was to small we couldn't really leave the dogs outside on the lease they would be able to get into the next site. At first we booked only 2 nights but wanted to stay one more night so we had to move off the premium site because of that .. but i did notice one premium site open the total time we were there with way more space than we had.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Plenary of sites however, they could use more sites with septic hookups. Plenty of activities for children including a bouncy pad, Velcro soccer darts and an open field for free play (tossing a football or baseball, soccer and frisbee). No cable tv was available due to a contract issue but the wi fi signal was very strong.

We found the staff/patrons to be unfriendly. Our site was extremely close to 2 others, despite many vacancies. When we asked for a less crowded site, the staff obliged, but acted annoyed. We have 3 kids that were excited for activities- staff overall unfriendly .I wouldn’t recommend due to the lack of curtesy, friendliness, & customer awareness. Not the place to go for community/family feel

We had only been there 10 mins and my kids asked if we could stay longer. Clean, friendly, so many activities for the kiddos. We will definitely be back.

Darlene and Rob are great, hospitable and hard working. Very accommodating. They also have hired responsible staff. Campground is clean and well maintained.

Great walk to the pond for pups. Stayed at the back in 30 amp site- beautiful. Clean site. Bath house OK. Super crowded on the weekend of my 4 night stay. Very friendly folks. Nice store.

Awesome as always, great jump pad, playground, barrel rides, and the kennel keep us coming back, year over year. Suggest you add a few more kennels or split the 2 into 4 kennels

Not our first KOA Rodeo, but it was our first visit here. Very easy to reach, off of I-93. Convenient to Lincoln & Woodstock. The staff were wonderful. All of them. Very mixed use campground during our stay. Saturday was loud by several campfires. Funny how the sounds of people laughing can just make you feel good. If you need to unwind. Give them a visit.

The best part about this KOA that there is a trail the connects the camp ground to the Pemi river. Worth the price of admission. Would like to see the area around the river as more kept with easier access to the river for tubing, swimming and fishing.

We make sure to book at least one stay every season. The campground is always super clean and very laid back. The most relaxing 4 days we have had all summer. We will definitely be back again.

We can not say enough good things about our stay. We had a fabulous time. It was impeccably clean, well maintained, & beautifully landscaped. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Doug and I (Amy) would like to especially thank Pete and Rob for their help and expertise with our new RV. It was our Maiden Voyage and we needed lots of help! Thank you both so much!!!!

Had a great time for our first stay at your KOA. Loved our site, #19, and we will definitely be back in the future. Restrooms were clean as I've ever seen. Overall appearance of property was top notch. Lots of things to do in the area. Staff very friendly, and helpful especially the "team" of John and Betsy Leale. they are keepers. Next time maybe we can talk our granddaughter into coming .

this is our first time at this campground it was awesome. with a lot of activities to do even with our adult kids.they were acting like little kids again in the campground with all the activities they had a great time we booked a week again for next year. the staff and owner's were great above and beyond making you feel welcomed the whole time we were there two thumbs up

Beautiful campground, friendly staff, and lots of things for kids to do. Only negative issue was the “gravel” sites. There really was very little gravel, just dirt and dust. This is the only area that could use improvement, if new gravel was put on these sites, it would be 5 stars ����!

Very cool place with lots of amenities. There's a swimming pool, club house, and mini-golf! They also set up a huge flat bouncy mat the kids spent hours on. Bathrooms are temperature controlled and gorgeous. Why I did 4⭐. Outside of the area by the main building the campground it's self is mostly just a large lot with some grassy patches for things like tents or activities. Not much privacy to be had; there were no trees or nature in between camp sites. Also a pretty steep drop off only a few feet away from the edge of the back camp sites.
