We were 1st time campers !! Everything was perfect and the Staff was friendly and so accommodating.

Campground is really small. Even with the free WiFi it’s hard to get signal . They advertise kick darts and , water slide which we didn’t see at all . I specifically asked when I called if they had a place to kayak I was told yes . To get to said place is down a embankment. No ideal for carrying kayak to. Only activities they had was train ride and fire truck . Store only has pizza .

That's a first, "small campground". We never advertise to be huge nor do we offer " Resort" options. Kick darts is always available, it just need to be turned on. Kayaking is available on the river, however we do not offer or advertise the ease of access from out park. We offer nearly 50 fun option

Great place very clean and nice people. You should be told making reservations if your site is next to path though. It was the only down side.

we have camped in 49 states and hundreds of campgrounds and this is one of the nicest we have been in. Clean, lots for kids to do and quiet at night. We'll be back!

They do not have cable TV but tell you to stream instead. Their internet is very poor and you can not effectively stream TV. Internet OK for e-mail and some web. Facilities clean, and staff is friendly. Seems like a good family spot.

Paid full amenities, NO cable-says they do. Forget internet. I was 10 ft from pole and could not use. Had to sit in front of office to do work for hours. Kids screaming after dark with flash lights. Had to change site cause put in a triangle site where all the cars come in. Should not be a site. never again & would like Monday refunded as NO cable NZo internet. It advertised as having it!

Thank you for your stay. We do not advertise cable only wi-fi. The activity for use of flashlights was a "Flashlight Candy Hunt" It's a short event and apologize if it created an unhappy experience. The children always love it.

The sites are a little narrow, but other than that everything was great! Everyone staff person we interacted with was extremely friendly and the facilities are maintained exceptionally well.

The site was great. Level from side to side, Only had to level the camper front to back. On site swing was an unexpected bonus.

We had good week at the campground only problem was the lack of cable and the internet service was lacking so that streaming was not good at times. But overall very good time

The location is minutes from I 93 and makes a great Basecamp for Lincoln and the Kancamagus highway. The staff was very accommodating and their homemade pizza was great. The camp's firetruck was a great addition to keep kids occupied. I will stay there again.

We've stayed at the KOA several times and have never been disappointed. The sites are level and of a good size. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained no matter how busy the campground is or what time of day or night it is. We will be back gor sure!

We've stayed at a lot of KOA's as we've travelled out West. This was our 1st time at this KOA and it was one of the best ones we've ever been at. Clean campground with level sites and plenty of room between sites. Great campground for our puppy as there was a Kamp K9, a smaller fenced in area as well as a grassy Dog Walk area!

Friendly, helpful staff! Great location near beautiful rocky stream. Be prepared for a bit of a hike to get to the stream.

Very nice campground. The restrooms were very clean. A quiet campground. Lots of activities for the kids and nice staff. Some of the sites are a little cramped but the other campers were very respectful.

This is our second year coming with our entire family for the weekend and it will easily be an annual event. I can’t say enough about it, friendliest staff, lots for the kiddos to do in and around camp, so super clean, the most beautiful view to wake up to…we absolutely love it here and already are planning next year!! The campsites are much closer together than we would prefer. We felt like we were on display to our neighbors on both sides.Very clean. Great for kids. Kind, friendly staff. Our grandkids would love it.

The staff was great. The office staff took great care of our six-year-old whenever he needed something from the store. They helped him with mini-golf, listened about his day, and answered his questions about the campground, wildlife, and everything else. The place was spotless.

This was our third time staying there and we really enjoy the campground and its location to area attractions. Well kept and clean. Showers and bathrooms are very clean. A++

The guy who came to our site due to low branches was inexperienced and extremely rude. I can more fully explain to the campground owners if they call me. Too much to list here.

Your two night stay, reserved on the internet chose a patio site appropriate for the size of your RV. Upon your arrival to your site, you decided to use your own pole saw to cut our branches. Our customer service member suggested you relocate and upon doing so, you remained unsatisfied.

There is no cable even though there is cable setup at each site. The sites are gravel and could be wider - the sewer connection next to me was in my site area as mine was in the site next to me. WiFi is advertised but is non-existent as I could not get any internet access. The campground has the best playground that I have ever seen anywhere. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your recent visit. During you next stay, please remember to visit the office for site options. Most generally there is "wiggle" room for site changes.

Very cool place with lots of amenities. There's a swimming pool, club house, and mini-golf! They also set up a huge flat bouncy mat the kids spent hours on. Bathrooms are temperature controlled and gorgeous. Why I did 4⭐. Outside of the area by the main building the campground it's self is mostly just a large lot with some grassy patches for things like tents or activities. Not much privacy to be had; there were no trees or nature in between camp sites. Also a pretty steep drop off only a few feet away from the edge of the back camp sites.
