Camp Taters
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 stick of butter
Preparation
Slice poatoes in 1/4 inch horizontal slices. Slice 1/2 of red and 1/2 of green peppers lengthwise in thin strips, slice 1/2 onion in small strips. Melt butter and mix all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste, wrap in double foil and grill until brown on both sides.
