Campfire Onion
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp Worchester sauce
- 1 tsp fresh garlic
Preparation
Hollow out the center of the large onion, add butter, bouillon, worchester and garlic. Cover completely with aluminum foil and place over the campfire on a rack for approximately 45 minutes.
