Campfire Vegetable Packet
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 yellow squash, cubed
- 1 zucchini, cubed
- 1 Tbsp margarine or butter
- 1 tsp tarragon (or your favorite herb)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c White Zinfandel wine
- 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
Combine vegetables and pour onto aluminum foil. Sprinkle with spices and cheese. Pour wine over all. Cook over fire or grill for 20 minutes.
