Chicken and Corn Soup
Ingredients
Makes 56
- 1 can, corn
- 1 can, creamed corn
- 1 l chicken stock
- 1 chicken fillet (finely diced)
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Bring chicken stock to boil, add corn and chicken and boil for twenty minutes. Beat eggs and then drizzle into soup stirring constantly. Simmer for five minutes and serve.
