Chicken Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 tube ready made crossiants
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion or green onion
- 1 c cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for sauce)
- cooked chicken
- cream of chicken soup
- milk
Preparation
In a bowl shred the chicken into pieces, add the cheese and onion and mix together . Open the tin of crossiants and add a bit of the chicken mixture to each one and roll it up. Place on the cookie sheet and cook per the package instuctions. In a sauce pan open and add a can of cream of chicken soup and one can of milk and add about 1/2 cup cheese for a nice little cheesy sauce to cover the chicken pockets with.
