Chuck Wagon Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 - 6 small potatoes, chopped into small pieces
- 8 - 10 small mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can green beans
- salt and pepper
- worchestershire sauce
Preparation
Form the meat into 4 burger sized patties (not too thick) and place each one on a large sheet of foil. Top each patty with some onion, garlic, potatoes, mushrooms and green beans. Sprinkle salt and pepper over each pile. Then drizzle a little worchestershire on each. Fold the packets so the seam remains on the top. (Fold tightly so the juices stay inside to cook everything.) Grill time depends on heat source, flip for last 5 minutes.
