Corn Chips
Ingredients
- 2 8-inch tortillas
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- coarse salt, regular or seasoned
Preparation
Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Lightly brush each side with Olive oil. Put them in pan over fire or on stove. Flip when they begin to brown. When they are brown on both sides lightly sprinkle with salt.
