Corn Roasted on Grill Over Coals
A great camping side-dish from the experts at KOA.
Ingredients
- corn on the cob with husks
- butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Remove the large outer husks of cob corn. Turn back the inner husks, but do not completely remove. Clean any silk and remove. Spread the corn with butter or margarine. Pull the husks back over the corn and tie with fine wire. Place over the hot coals or grill and turn frequently until heated through, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with salt and pepper and MORE BUTTER!
