Corn Souffle
Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 cube butter
Preparation
Lightly beat egg, add both cans of corn, sour cream,cornbread mix. Melt butter in glass pyrex square pan, pour mixture into butter, DO NOT MIX. Butter will come over the top of mixture. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
