Easy Campfire Mushrooms
Ingredients
- whole mushrooms
- Worcestershire sauce
- A - 1 Suace
- butter (optional)
Preparation
Wash mushrooms. Place mushrooms in center of aluminum foil and generously sprinke Worcestershire sauce on top. I add a minimal amount of A-1 as well. You can add a tablespoon or two of butter, if you want. Fold aluminum foil making sure everthing is sealed and barbeque until mushrooms are juicy and cooked through. The mushrooms produce their own juice, but be careful not to overcook, as they can dry out if cooked too long!
