Golden Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/3 c butter
Preparation
Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Use a Ziploc bag and combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Place wet potatoes in bag and shake until well coated. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place potatoes in pan and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Turn potatoes several times. This can be done in an oven or over a camp stove.Featured Recipes
