Grilled Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- bacon slices
Preparation
Take a head of cabbage and cut into 6 to 8 wedges. Wrap each wedge in a slice of bacon. Wrap each bacon-wrapped wedge in foil. Place on grill for about 20 to 30 minutes, turning at least once. Squeeze wedges with tongs to test for tenderness.
