Grilled Marinated Shark Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1  pound(s)  fresh shark steaks (or tuna, salmon, flounder, etc.)
  • 4  ounce Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • shredded colby and monterrey jack cheese

Preparation

Place the shark steaks and the dressing inside a ziplock bag. Marinating time is entirely up to you, 2 hours to 2 days!! Grill the steaks until opaque. Garnish with shredded colby and monterrey jack cheese. Enjoy with fresh grilled vegetables on the side.
