Hildebrandt Family Campfire Potatoes
I made these potatoes on our last camping trip and they were a huge hit. My son, who won't eat potatoes, including french fries, loved these and even asked for more. They were amazing.
Ingredients
- 2 Cans whole new potatoes
- 2 Cloves minced garlic
- 4 tsp Olive Oil
- 4 tsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
You will need four 8 inch long pieces of foil. Place in the middle of each foil piece a half a can of potatos, 1/4 of the garlic, some salt, a little pepper, and 1 teaspoon of each butter and olive oil. Wrap the foil up with the mixture and throw directly into the fire. Cook for 15. Let stand a few mins and the enjoy!
