Hot Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large can of boned chicken
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- chopped onion to taste
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 c shredded Colby cheese
- crushed potato chips
Preparation
Mix all together and spread in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Top with 2 cups shredded Colby cheese, then top with crushed potato chips. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 min. Can make the night before, bake longer if you do.
