Meat and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- shredded cheese
- 2 potatoes
- 1 white or yellow onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- spices
Preparation
Chop the onion and brown it with the beef in a large sauce pan. Slice and add the potatoes. Mix in any spices. Let cook at least 15 minutes and then add the tomato sauce. Cook, covered, for another 20 - 30 minutes. Uncover and add the shredded cheese. Serve with rice or bread.
