Nature Lover's Egg Salad
Ingredients
Makes 4
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 3/4 c shredded carrot
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Preparation
In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, carrot, raisins and sunflower seeds. Combine yogurt and nutmeg. Blend into egg mixture. Cover and chill.
