Onions in Foil
Ingredients
- 4 medium onions
- 1 Tbsp butter
- garlic salt
Preparation
With a knife cut an X in the root end of the onion, put butter into X cut and sprinkle with garlic salt. Wrap each onion seperately in foil. Either cook directly on coals or on top grate until tender. Check doneness with fork inserted in center of onion.
