Pinto Bean Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 c butter
- 7 oz can or 1 package flaked cocunut
- 2 deep dish pie crust shells
- 4 eggs
- 3 c sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
Preparation
Put beans, eggs, and butter in blender until liquified. Put in large bowl, add sugar, coconut and nuts. Pour into 2 deep dish pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
