Sundown Stroganoff
Ingredients
Makes 4
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pound(s) boneless chuck, cut into thin strips
- 3 envelopes Lipton Cream of Mushroom Cup-a-Soup
- 1 1/4 c boiling water
- noodles
Preparation
In a large saucepan, heat oil and brown beef; add Cream of Mushroom Cup-a-Soup mixed with 1 1/4 cups of water. Simmer covered 45 minutes. Serve over noodles.
