Tossed Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head red cabbage
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch fresh spinach
- 1 red onion
- 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
Dressing:- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup deli mustard
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
Toss greens, cabbage, and sliced onion. Top with feta cheese.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients until blended.
