My fav KOA! The view of the mountains, right from the Park, is spectacular. Sandy, Kelly & all the staff are welcoming, personable & made us feel right at home. Laundry, game room, restrooms & Kamp Store are always clean & neat. They strive for excellence in this park & it shows. They also have sleds for excursions to White Sands Nat’l Park. We look forward to our next visit!

Everything was fine with the campground except for the internet, which was too weak for a good signal. I was also awakened several times during the night by loud train whistles.

Came to visit White Sands and were more impressed with the amenities and staff at the Alamogordo KOA.

We had a nice stay. The park was clean, everyone was friendly. Our only concern was the lamp posts didn't work at night throughout the park. Eventhough we left our awning light on, it was concerning that non working light posts could be a liability for the park. Lots of dark areas in the park. The showers and restrooms were large and clean with lots of hot water! Loaned sleds for the dunes.

Our stay was AWESOME! We loved the staff and they loved us back! My husband had an emergency and a five day hospital stay and the staff was most helpful in accommodating us for an extended period. They helped me with filling propane tanks and checked on me while I was staying alone in the RV. I highly recommend this park!

We stayed in a patio unit with full hookups. The owners and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds are immaculate and well landscaped. The location is safe, easy to access, and close to restaurants and stores. It was great that they lend out plastic discs and wax for sliding at White Sands NP. We will be back!

Very nice and very clean. The sites are spacious and level. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is not new but it is clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helped out nicely. It’s a good location. There was a little traffic noise but you are in a city. I loved hearing the train go by. Good vibes! We had to leave a night early due to health reasons and they were very kind about it and refunded my unused night without me asking.

Overall, was a nice campground. Staff was attentive and friendly! Laundry room and bathrooms were clean. Camp store had good supplies! Would stay here again.

This is one our favorite KOA’s, and it’s getting better all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful with just about anything you might need. They are constantly doing things to make the campground look nicer and more inviting, and they keep all the common facilities in excellent condition. We highly recommend them to anyone coming to Alamogordo.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful..loved the location except the train horns blaring at night - not in the KOA’s control though. Very clean and nice store too!

Pool was not working, the roads were not in good shape and the sites were tiny. This is an old park so I hope they improve it. No cable at our area. Bathroom was ok but they must of had a water leak because the ceiling tiles were missing or stained. The showers were old and the floor was slippery. They got stars only because the staff was really nice.

Stayed in one of there cabins. Very pleasant location and atmosphere at campground. Facilities very well maintained and felt right at home staying there. Excellent staff and service.

This KOA facility is by far in our Top 5 List...actually at the #1 spot right now! The hosts were delightful, helpful, and made our stay so comfortable. We particularly appreciated the hot coffee available in the morning, the potable water availability, and the clean, excellent bathroom and shower facilities. The water/sewer/electrical hookups were top notch. We would stay here again for sure!

We so enjoyed our 6 night stay with our granddaughters. Loved our patio site and the girls loved the playground. Its close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend it!

We come back to this KOA year after year. Sandy, Kelly & all the staff are warm, welcoming & make everyone feel at home. The laundry room is nice, clean & plenty of space. The sites are roomy & the privacy walls add a cozy ambience. The view of the mountains, from the campground, is really beautiful! One of our favorite KOAs & we look forward to coming back next year!

Unfortunatly we were in the corner by a house. They had multiple dogs that barked all night. At one point a car camped next to our unit but not in a spot and left in the morning. I’m guessing no night security to prevent that. Sites where clean and staff was friendly. Wifi was slow or didn’t exist. We all need it. Invest in it.

Our stay was fantastic! Great location, clean campsites and facilities. Staff was very helpful. They have sleds you can borrow for White Sands. Nice little playground for the kids.

We absolutely loved the couple days we stayed here. We were in site E1. It was very nice having a BBQ grill, patio and swing on our site. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There isn’t much grass but that is to be expected in the desert. The staff does a lot of work to keep everything in shape. All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
