stayed in one of the 'cabins' - excellent! close to everything. the only thing that could be different would be a longer bed - at 6'2" I had to sleep kitty-corner.

Second KOA in a row that the Cable TV was terrible. Antenna brought in much clearer picture. Staff and facilities were great.

Fantastic KOA journey. Great game room and free sand sled rental for your trip to white sands. Everything clean. Playground and pool were good. Hosts friendly and pleasant. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

RV Park facilities, grounds and staff were all TOP notch. My favorite KOA. We felt like part of the family as soon as we pulled in. Thanks so much, Sandy and Kelly, for making our stay all that it could be. See you again soon.

The bathrooms were incredibly nice! Much better than I was expecting for a campground. The tent spaces were also very nicely set up with a metal fire pit and a table. It was very roomy and we were easily able to fit 2 large tents in the space with room leftover.

Our two night stay was wonderful. We had a pull thru large enough for a large bus. Plenty of room. We did not us much of the facilities, but everything looked very nice Easy in and easy out. Then only 15ish miles to WhitenSands National Park.

Very nice campground. Convenient to shopping and not far from White Sands National Park. Campground loans sleds to guests to take to the park for sand sledding. Very friendly staff.

Easy check in. We stayed in a tent site, there was plenty of room for the tent and to spread out if we had more people. The location was very easy to find in town. A little loud at night from the passing train, but so nice to have the nearby amenities (pool, showers, laundry).

Everyone and everything was perfect at Alamogordo/White Sands KOA!!! My family and I will continue to go down and stay with them for rodeo or even a staycation!! Everything you could want is right here! And you can stay in your own home!!

Best customer service I have had in a long time. Ellen was extremely helpful when I called to reserve a spot. We arrived late in the evening and our spot was perfect �ϸ. Sandy checked us in and was a joy to speak with and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and even allowed us to park our second vehicle in an extra spot next to us.

Our favorite KOA - last stop home on our way home to Arizona from Wisconsin every year. Well maintained park, GREAT hosts, and super convenient. See ya again next year!

Conveniently located within restaurants and stores. Staff was excellent. WiFi very good. We enjoyed the pool every day of our stay.

Very nice clean park, near restaurants and town. easy access in and out. Lots are big and hook ups convenient. Very nice staff, who treated us royally. We will go back here again.

Amazing customer service! This our first time driving an RV and staying at a campground. We loved it so much that on our way back to Florida we stopped at the KOA in San Antonio Texas to spend the night and rest. We were equally satisfied. We had an enjoyable stay at this KOA. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the shower in the women’s side was great which means a lot to me. The layout of the grounds was rather plain. We always felt safe and secure.

We stayed there over the Labor Day weekend. It’s super clean, the store has plenty of items if you need anything. Pool was nice and clean. The people who work there are very friendly and had activities for the kids and grownups. And a big plus is that you can check out sleds for the sand dunes. Thank you Alamogordo KOA!

Polite and courteous staff. Did not have to wait to be assisted. Showed us where to go, passwords and etc. Very polite. Nice clean campground, restrooms and cabin! Will stay here again!!!

The staff were very nice and accommodating, but the place itself was very run down. Playground area is VERY outdated and our cabin was next to a dumpster. We did have a nice view of the mountains but the camp itself was a bit run down.

Clean park. Nice helpful staff. We opted for a patio site that was large and provided shade. Very pleased with campground. They lent us a sled to ride the sand dunes.

One negative thing we found was there is a long term resident with two small dogs, site # 3 who lets his dogs out then leaves. The dogs bark at everything while he is gone.

Sites were spacious and clean. Especially liked the privacy wall around picnic table. The bright colors were very attractive. Did not use pool or any other amenities. But totally took advantage of numerous outdoor activities afforded by the national park. The brochure was super and included much useful info for the area. Loved the campground and would love to revisit it sometime in the future

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
