Have stayed here before and it appears as though this KOA has not been keeping up with required maintenance.

Right in the center of town so it’s central to both the Sacramento mtns and white sands. Yeah! Bathrooms are updated and clean and it’s has a pool. Very well run! Tent sites have shaded picinic tables but no shade for tents (bring your own if you need it). Also bring earplugs as the town’s trains at night are loud. (This is the desert after all.)

Overnight stay on way to AZ. Had no problems with me changing tire that needed repair due to road damage.

Pool was nice, campground was clean, staff was friendly until my husband, when our camp stove ran out of fuel, placed a contained pan of food on a gas grill in a communal area for a few minutes and an employee stormed outside screaming at him that she would have to clean the grill now. So welcoming!

To be clear that was not a communal grill it was an RV site which we were expecting guest to come in that night.

Kelly and Sandy are great hosts and the campground and all facilities are kept clean and neat! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Convenient to White Sands National Park. Campground staff very informative and helpful. Shower/Restroom facilities are clean but dated.

Overall our overnight stay was pleasant. Utilities worked well. Water pressure strong and I used a regulator to keep the pressure down. Cable had a large selection of stations. Plenty of gravel in the site (thank you), unlike many campgrounds. During heavy rain water runoff takes some time and the surrounding streets flood. In town location provides easy access to fuel and food.

Impeccable and friendly customer service here! Alot of love and thought was put into this very special getaway! My husband and I had a fabulous time and loved our camping cabin!

It was a very nice campground. I love the hours that the office is open, the pool, and other amenities. The only glitch was that our two iPhones could not find the wifi connection. Our iPad found it, but not the phones. Don’t know what was up with that, but I would still stay at this campground again!

Sandy, our host, was very nice and accommodating. This was our first stay at a KOA and it definitely had a positive impact. We arrived early because of a change in plans and she was able to get us settled quickly gave us trip ideas. She made the stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area and would recommend to others.

Three staff members greeted me at check-in. This is the first campground where the table lined up with our 5th wheel's stairs.

Beautiful place and amazing rec room with lots of games, movies, and toys. Our RV site had easy hook-ups with a relaxing swing, big table, and nice fire pit. Very clean and family friendly. Highly recommend! Also got a discount for using Cruisin America RV.

The campground is very clean and everything is working very well. The facility is a little bit old-school but Koa employees are very friendly and always available. We went there 2 nights and we had a great time :)

This was the very best KOA I have been to this year. The reason is the friendly, helpful staff. They made me feel like family and would talk to me and the dogs as we walked by to the very nice and shady dog park. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. Top notch!!!

Staff at the office were very friendly and helpful. The sites are great, with picnic tables and fire pits. I’d happily stay there again

Tent spaces were placed too close together and lacked privacy. The location of the campground itself was in the middle of town in a rather poor neighborhood. Before the end of the first day I was so fed up with the choice I'd made that I booked a reservation at a local state park and from then on had much fewer regrets, the camp there was much more scenic for half the price. I'm done with KoA.

Other folks loved how roomy our tent sites are so sorry you felt they were to close together. The town has grown up and around us over the last 50 years. Did you know that if you weren't happy with your site we could have refunded the rest of your stay but you just left and didn't say anything.

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
