This was our first experience with a KOA and it did not disappoint! We checked it late To our cabin during a rain storm that hampered our grill cooking intentions. But they had a great office/store that had a microwave for our use. We loved the rec room With lots to do in the rainy fun. The restrooms were clean and the people were friendly. They also have Sleds you Can borrow for white sands.

Very quiet and comfortable campground. Needs a few updates, but overall very clean. Pool was cool and refreshing.

This was by far the best rv park we stayed at on our trip. Very clean, organized and safe. We felt more like guests at a friend’s house than customers.

Everything about this campground is excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. All the amenities were good. WiFi worked well. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Excellent place!

Wow!!! It was wonderful!!! We were very impressed!!! On this trip we saw 2 KOA campgrounds that covid had mostly killed. And then we saw fantastic KOA campgrounds that were totally marvelous. Great job here!!!

This is a very nice park. They were very accommodating and helpful they had a nice pool we had full hook up with plenty of space. They loaned us The little sleds that you use to slide down White Sands Park. Very nice people.

Lovely folks who very clearly love what they're doing and put a lot of heart and effort into this KOA. Can't wait to visit again.

Friendly, welcoming, nice pool, quiet. In central area of this smaller town, so it is close to stores, restaurants, etc. Plus, it is not far from White Sands or from Roswell. Relatively inexpensive. They have "everything" you need on site, even if their inventory is not high (as expected). Nice showers, laundromat, recreation room, and so forth.

Excellent location to visit White Sands NP. Office staff could not have been any nicer and helpful. Site we had was 2 times the normal KOA size and swallowed our 45 ft Class A and tow car.

The site was pretty average the barking dogs were annoying and the train in the night was also , but it was fine

We arrived after closing and they still met us and were so kind and professional! Nice campground with adequate space between sites. Nice showers, pool, shop, and amenities. Fun to see so many families enjoying themselves. A really nice place to stay!

It was hot but fun great place to stay while we enjoyed the Nichols orchard cherry fest

We stayed for two nights but should have stayed longer. There's lots to do in the area. We enjoyed the pool, game room, campsite. Everyone on staff was so kind and helpful. Got laundry done, clean showers. It was great! The railroad can be heard loud and clear from the campground. That's probably true for any place in town.

We used this as a stopover to see White Sands and Cloudcroft. Happy with the grounds and location...however the heat was a killer during the day! Wish there was more shade in the park.

My grandson enjoyed the rec room. I thought the landscape was better than most I've seen and more private. Everything was clean and tidy.

Great staff and very friendly. They go above and beyond to help the campers. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Park is very clean and quiet. Our propane tanks were stolen, but that's no reflection on the park or the staff. We'll definitely stay again when in the area!

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
