Everything was so clean and organized. You found all you need. The look was clean and refreshing! The kiddos loved it! We loved our private patio! It was perfect for enjoying the cool night and eating dinner! Bathrooms amazing!

We stayed for 2 nights. It’s was very hot but a great and fun experience. My family truly enjoyed being here. I would definitely be willing to stay again in the future. Keep up the good work KOA staff and thank you!

Site was level, 8 foot deep pool, everything was kept clean and tidy. They also let us borrow sand sleds for the grandchildren!

Beautiful KOA!!! Sandy checked us in, and the couple of times I went into the office/store, she was very friendly and courteous. We would definitely come back to this KOA!

I had an extended stay here and this is hands down an excellent KOA Campground. Staff are are incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. I was in Site 22 (a pull through with full hookups & cable) and it provided ample space and privacy. It is located close to White Sands National Park. There was no doubt was the owners, Sandy & Kelly have a great deal of pride in their campground.

Very friendly, well kept. Only negative was the pool was closed for maintenance and it was 104 degrees.

Thanks for staying with us. We would have loved to have the pool open but due to another guest damaging the main drain it took a few days to drain, fix and refill the pool.

The campground was very nice. The spaces are large. There are trains. Lots of trains.

The owner went the extra mile for us. We arrived after closing time, yet he stayed to help us get settled and hooked up. It was a welcome greeting after a 12 hour day of driving with about four hours of delays due to wildfires and a major traffic accident. The camp ground is very well maintained. We would definitely camp there again.

Very friendly staff, bathrooms were clean and private. This seems like a smaller KOA than what we’ve stayed at before, laundry, showers, pool And office were very close to the site, in a good way. My son and I played in the red room. Very quaint KOA, would recommend for a shorter stay.

Nice facility, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Thank you for letting us borrow the sleds for white sands. The pool was broken. But overall it was great.

We had a relatively pleasant stay. The grounds were clean and quiet. There were activities for the children. However, not being able to get food on grounds during the week was a downer for us. You cannot get food delivered and the nearest restaurant is 50 miles away round trip. This was the only KOA we have had this issue.

The park was clean and the staff so helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back. So far all the Koa sites have been wonderful

Great RV park location away from the busy highway so very little highway noise. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Sites were very level and the block wall around the picnic table area provided a little privacy to each site. Bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Pool was nice but water was on the cold side when we visited in May.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Found a way to extend our stay even though we had to change sites. Unfortunately the pool had some mechanical difficulties and had to be shut down for one day that we were there.

Thanks for staying with us. We are very disappointed as well that someone vandalized our pool and that we had to shut it down to make the repairs.

Please consider getting a pool heater.... one of the reasons we stay at KOAs is for the kids to have a pool at night. Even with high 90s all week, the pool was ice! Great staff.

We normally avoid KOAs, but it wasnt possible this time and I'm glad. The staff that greeted us made us feel genuinely welcome! The park was lovely and not cramped like other KOAs. We will definitely stay here again when in this area!

Staff very friendly and helpful! Facilities clean. Only complaint is there is only one bathroom and we weren't close (but maybe that's most KOA's)...and the blaring train that came through several times in the middle of the night.

Only there two nights but was okay. Little run down, needs some updates. Showers and restrooms were clean. Seems there was the inevitable “permanent” residents on our side. Plug for the custard stand within walking distance.

We were only there for one night but it was great. Check-in was very easy and Sandy was welcoming and helpful, giving us lots of info on the area (great staff!). The tent site and facilities were also nice and well kept. Plus, only 20 minutes from White Sands. Wonderful experience!

Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, accommodated requests-campsite in good condition, level, free of litter-hookups worked perfectly. Restrooms, shower area well kept, clean, lots of bright lighting! Pool area nicely arranged, covered seating on side. Facility guidelines clearly explained-very fair, ensures pleasant stay. My first KOA experience could not have been better! Thank you!

We stayed just two nights at the campground and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and informative. The facilities were clean as was the camp. We wish we could have stayed longer and will stay here again in the future.

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
