Friendly staff and very helpful. Had some minor issues when we landed, camper sway control had broken. They checked in on our status several times to make sure things we going smoothly and having to stay an extra day they didn't make us move to another spot. Wouldn't have been a big deal otherwise but that was nice. Thanks for the help, guys! Definitely recommend!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was the train that whistled during the night.

Staff was friendly. Pool and bathrooms were spotless. They did family events such as snow cones and smores.

Everything was fantastic! Amazing staff at check-in. Provided any and all details about the KOA and info on the local area! Will definitely be staying again next time we're in the area!

I have stayed at this KOA several times in the past. I recommend this park VERY highly. If I am even CLOSE to Alamogordo, NM I will stay here again. GREAT job Kelly and Sandy

We stayed one night in a cabin. It was clean, but a few nice touches would be a mini fridge and a TV. The facilities were clean and the pool area was nice. They had a game room but we didn’t have time to use. Great location right across from Caliches and Si Senor.

Clean campground with friendly employees. The cabins are great and are half the rate of most KOA kamping kabins. I'll be back!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have sleds to borrow for sledding at white sands. Facilities are clean and maintained.

Our stay was awesome. Our tent camping site was huge, the facilities are great and so clean! The staff were helpful and super nice. The location was great too, close to stores/restaurants.

Beautiful, well run KOA.The staff were very helpful and friendly! Clean and private pull through with full hook ups! Thank you!! We would definitely stay again if we are back through the area.

From the registration to the day we left it was a great experience. Registration was great. We had booked on line and they had our site ready and directions to it were simple and clear. The lots were big enough to get into without issues and the lay out was nice. I would have put the picnic table closer to the tree for shade rather than across the site over by the fire pit.

Overall experience ok. Showers and bathrooms were good. It's a compact city location. Ok for a stopover but not scenic or attractive.

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
