Came in late on Christmas Eve, owner greeted us as if we were family traveling for the season. We were greeted with a warm fire, fixings for s'mores and hot cocoa or coffee. If I could rate higher than a 5, I would give them the presidential award again. And while traveling thru the SW, we will always try to stay at this specific location. Other KOA's could learn a lot from them.

Very friendly staff that allowed me to check in an hour early since our spot was ready and the weather was too bad to go to White Sands National Park. The bathrooms were clean with individual toilet and shower stalls, but we didn't use the showers during our one-night stay. Good wi-fi signal. Not a fancy park, but perfect for our needs.

This was a short stay for us ... just overnight, but we'd stay here before and were happy with the park. They are friendly and accommodating. We didn't use the facilities, so I cannot speak to anything with regard to them.

Short, but the people are always so nice and pleasant to work with. We have used this KOA several times and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Honestly we arrived after 9pm. The check in was easy. Because we arrived so late there was an envelope by the door with a map and information about the facilities. The next morning we woke up and headed out. We did not use any of their facilities. But the few interactions the people we spoke to were very nice.

We love Alamogordo! The hosts Sandy and Kelly are very nice and accommodating! Popcorn night is always fun and we get to meet other campers. We will definitely be going back!!!

Sandy and the team at the Alamogordo KOA are wonderful! Their attention to cleanliness and service is unmatched, and the "extras" such as a s'mores night and provisions of loaner sleds for the White Sands National Park really make an impact. Thanks for a great holiday stay!

We stayed for 2 nights in our class C RV. The campground was nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. We would return.

super friendly check in experience, even though we ended up 10minutes past 7. very kind to help us and explain everything about the camp site and make sure we backed into our site safely. clean restrooms and a nice space to park. will stay again!

Very clean and well-kept park. Trains and sirens sometimes noisy, but that’s not the park’s fault. Excellent base camp for exploring the area.

Very friendly and kind staff. Clean bathrooms and facilities. Great water pressure. The area around the park may look a bit concerning, but we stayed two nights and had nothing to be concerned about. Oh, and a nice dog park!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet location. Had a bit of trouble with WiFi but that is typical at 3/4 of places.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom were emasculate!!! ��� And Mike, the grounds keeper is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

The location is perfect. The sites have some privacy that is not often typical of RV parks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would indeed chose this park again.

We stay at this KOA often, and we have always found it to be a wonderful place to stay. The RV sites are always kept in good condition. It is conveniently located within the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you might need, including information on all the things to see and do in the area. The staff is always working to improve the campground and it’s facilities.

Stopped here for a night to do laundry and shower. Very well kept place with pretty good facilities. Laundry room was emaculant. People were very nice and very helpful. Definitely will stop by again when their way again. Thanks to Ellen and Mark.

First off I have NEVER rated so low The staff were FANTASTIC very friendly talkative helpful and the laundry facilities were great.......BUT the location is terrible was woken 4 times a night by a loud train whistle that felt like it was coming through my motorhome. The sites are very small and unfortunately there are HUGE cement picnic tables that take up half of the small site Sorry.

Owners were helpful and very friendly. Clean facility. Call, they really know what to do in Alamo. Try "We Deliver Alamo" for some home cooking!

The sites are very narrow and close. There’s a train that runs all day and night. It’s right on a busy road with a lot of traffic. The campground is very clean the host very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t go again too noisy for me

It clearly says on the door “Masks must be worn by everyone, regardless of vaccination status.” It’s a state mandate. That apparently doesn’t apply to the helmet-haired lady who works there on weekday mornings. The staff and other guests were very helpful, accommodating and friendly! It was a perfect location to some local attractions such as white sands national park and the largest pistachio! Our tent site was very close to the facilities (bathroom, REC center, camp store) and everything was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again!

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
