Stayed 2 nights. It's in town so a tad noisy. Folks running the grounds friendly and helpful when we had a problem with our RV.

This is the best place to stay to see White Sand National Park. It's close, but not too close. That is, it's an easy drive to the National Park, but it's not on a noisy highway. The sites are very nice with little privacy fences. They people are friendly, too. The water pressure was a wee bit on the low side, but that could just be us. Visit White Sands and stay here. You'll be glad you did.

Very nice and clean bathroom. Wonderful recreation room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful sunsets. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Kelly was wonderful at check in. We were in #20 back wall. I love how the sites are divided by patio walls with a concrete pad and table. They may not be large, but very nice setup. The grounds were clean as well as the bathhouse. Located easy access to White Sands NP.

Had a great stay at the campground was spacious and the staff was very friendly they also let us use their sleds which came in handy at the dunes.

I would have rated this higher in both categories due to helpfulness of staff and nice site, but due to the sewage port oozing all over the place as we were departing, I have to subtract stars

Awesome park ~ sites were beautiful and level where we parked. It was very clean everywhere and the staff was super helpful & nice. Full hook ups staged & worked well. Suggestions on things to do & eat, plus they loaned us a disc & sled to slide down the Sand Dunes. Great RV park!

easy to find; close to Space History Museum. Convenient to White Sands National Park. Pleasant layout; good dog walking paths around park plus fenced dog park area which is appreciated.

Arrived around 4:30-5:00pm, quick checking in as had made reservations. Courtesy and welcoming staff. Clean park and facilities.

Very much appreciated the free coffee and roomy shower stalls. The sites were separated by cinder block walls. Allowed for privacy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were wonderful…helpful and friendly. It was so nice to be escorted to our site and get suggestions for locating our trailer to take best advantage of hookups and still have the space we needed. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. They gave me space to have a zoom meeting when the wifi was blocked in our site; we were given free sleds to take to White Sands; & they recommended a great restaurant that was within walking distance. The bathrooms were spotless & all sites had very nice picnic areas.

We tent camped and had a large area with a fire ring, water & electric including a light on the pole we could turn on & off. Shower/bathroom were very nice. Staff was very helpful.

The wonderful lady at the front desk was insanely helpful and the campgrounds were very nice and clean. We couldn't be happier with our stay!

We have stayed at many KOA’s and they’re always great. This one was a cut above. The spaces were fine and close to everything. But the staff was amazing. Very personal and friendly. Had Ana amazing time. White sands is Ridic.

The host worked with us as we had poor cell phone service on Hwy 180 and accommodated a late reservation and check in. Nice campground! Friendly neighbor's! Clean facilities!

Had a great stay at this KOA, the owners were v friendly and helpful and the sites were cozy and private. Lots to see and do in the area and wish we had been able to stay a few extra nights, next time! Thanks again to Cindy for the great banter, local tips, and copious amounts of fresh hot coffee every morning!

Sandy was very helpful on checkin. Facilities very clean and well maintained. Park well organized and partition brick walls great for privacy. Excellent location. Plan to stay again in the future.

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
