Convenient to White Sands National Park. Campground staff very informative and helpful. Shower/Restroom facilities are clean but dated.

Overall our overnight stay was pleasant. Utilities worked well. Water pressure strong and I used a regulator to keep the pressure down. Cable had a large selection of stations. Plenty of gravel in the site (thank you), unlike many campgrounds. During heavy rain water runoff takes some time and the surrounding streets flood. In town location provides easy access to fuel and food.

Thanks for staying with us. That was a heck of a rain storm that came through but the campground seemed to drain well considering the amount of rain.

It was a very nice campground. I love the hours that the office is open, the pool, and other amenities. The only glitch was that our two iPhones could not find the wifi connection. Our iPad found it, but not the phones. Don’t know what was up with that, but I would still stay at this campground again!

Sandy, our host, was very nice and accommodating. This was our first stay at a KOA and it definitely had a positive impact. We arrived early because of a change in plans and she was able to get us settled quickly gave us trip ideas. She made the stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area and would recommend to others.

Three staff members greeted me at check-in. This is the first campground where the table lined up with our 5th wheel's stairs.

Beautiful place and amazing rec room with lots of games, movies, and toys. Our RV site had easy hook-ups with a relaxing swing, big table, and nice fire pit. Very clean and family friendly. Highly recommend! Also got a discount for using Cruisin America RV.

The campground is very clean and everything is working very well. The facility is a little bit old-school but Koa employees are very friendly and always available. We went there 2 nights and we had a great time :)

This was the very best KOA I have been to this year. The reason is the friendly, helpful staff. They made me feel like family and would talk to me and the dogs as we walked by to the very nice and shady dog park. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. Top notch!!!

You can tell when owners love what they do and care about their guests. Even though we were overnight, I left wanting to come back. God willing, we will. P.s. - love their gift shop.

The facility is clean and the lots are larger than I expected. Friendly and helpful staff and had all the amenities we needed. We will for sure be staying there again

The sewer doesn't work. When I draine the tanks, black tanks orverflowed All over. The water faucet is very close to the sewer hole. My water hose power cord draine hose get very messy. It took me over an hour to clean them. I called them, they switch me to another site, another 40 minutes unhook and re-hook up. They don't feel that was their poor maintenance. They blaim the previous costomr.

I am sorry you had to switch sites. When our maintenance guy went out to look at the problem he pulled out wipes from the drain. Wipes are not a campgrounds friend.

The sites are all level gravel. I particularly liked the decorative block wall between each site that is unique to Alamogordo KOA. Also, I appreciated the old fashioned light post at each site with an on/off switch. And the owners were very friendly.

Absolutely beautiful camp grounds, amazing staff, very clean amenities, great WiFi! A few days there wasn’t enough. It truly felt like home right off the bat! #1 KOA in our books.

This is a very good place to stay. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Probably the best "journey" that I have stayed.

It was short but great. The host at the desk was so friendly and helpful. She asked if our kids were going to the dunes and needed sleds. She reminded us of the rev room and pool. After going to the dunes the next day we realized we were really sandy and realized it was just past checkout and needed water for my fresh water tank. When we called she allowed us to fill our tank and use the showers.

It was great all the way through from calling to register to when we left. They accommodated me with a two night stay was pleasant, park was clean and quiet. We loved our stay and we hope to make it back soon.

Very friendly staff. Clean grounds. They have sleds to borrow for whitesands, which is awesome! Better than the $20 the park charges. The only downside/suggestion is that the RV sites should have fire pits or at least free fire pits to borrow. Seemed odd to have to rent them when tent sites all gave them. Most RVers have grills and ovens so a fire pit seems more useful than a charcoal grill.

Super friendly staff at check in. Grounds are clean and well kept. Had a nice quite night. Layout is really easy and user friendly.

Very nice campground confidently located. Nice cement picnic tables at the site with pretty privacy blocking. Kamp K-9 is very clean with nice mulch as the ground cover. Camp store has nice merchandise.

I didn't get to see a road runner, but we went to White Sands with the sleds they let us borrow and we had a great time! The front desk staff was amazing and kind and gave us instruction on what to do an where to get great Mexican Food.

Stayed 4 nights to visit White Sands NP and also found the gem of Cloudcroft, NM. Campground was clean, quite and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Pool was nice but could use a little more tlc. Would highly recommend to anyone.

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
