Best KOA we have visited. Sandy is truly a remarkable representation of the KOA brand. We had an accommodation request the day we checked-in and Sandy went above to find the best site to fit our needs. We plan to return in the future and will recommend this location due to the cleanliness, professionalism of Sandy, and her outstanding focus on customer service.

Excellent campground Very friendly staff who pointed out where everything was when we arrived. The campground also lends our boards to ride the sand hills. Least expensive washer/dryer fees ever encountered. 1 washer and 2 dryers fir 4.00

Older park with not many spaces for big rigs. Our space had 50 amp electric and water only. There was a dump site in the way out. On the up side our space was extra wide! The employees were very friendly!

This KOA is so conveniently located. The staff are super friendly and try to accommodate your needs. The grounds are so clean and kept maintained. The bathrooms and showers are so nice, to be able to take a hot shower after a day long day made us so grateful. They have a nice little pet area and even have a pool that is of course seasonal but I can’t wait to stay there this summer.

Fantastic, friendly staff and overall kept tidy. My only complaint is the wifi frequently crashed and was unavailable for lengthy periods for even minor browsing, email, or weather. There are multiple KOA hot spots visible, but a password is only given out for the Roadrunner KOA hotspot? Until more bandwidth is added, this wifi wouldn't work for anyone needing dependable internet for remote work.

This was a very nice KOA. The owners were very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the Clubhouse and all the workers were friendly as well. Good location to visit all the surrounding sites and towns. White Sands National Park was close by along with Cloudcroft, space museum, etc. I recommend this KOA and hope to return

The host should welcome you more with smiles !!! Campground is in town it is noisy at nights with trainsss and loud mufflers Otherwise all Koa facilities are their with a pricy rate

Sparkling clean everywhere. Smiling friendly & helpful hosts & staff. Smooth operation from start to finish. Sold us completely on KOA. We signed up for a rewards membership. Best stop on our trip so far.

Would have hoped all people in the office, etc. would have worn masks, but.....Dishwashing station: Big credit for having it, but faucet needed fixing. Really appreciated the borrowing of the sand sleds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Campsites are close but this is a city. Nice dividers between picnic tables help with privacy. Very clean. Nice office complex building. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Great stay, we enjoyed coffee daily and sled rentals, showers were clean!! The stadd even was able to help us extend our stay twice as we ended up staying longer to see family. Only reason I did 4/5 is wasn’t a fan of surrounding streets where we were parked. Maybe a better privacy fence would help? Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay! 20 min to white sands, short drive to the space museum!

Camp host was great, they let the kids borrow sleds for the dunes, there were movies, games, books, a playground, bright clean spots with cute porches, etc!

The BEST KOA I have visited and I have stayed at over thirty thus far! Lovely facilities with patios and privacy walls and fences for each, some with gas grills and swings. Lovely community room, great laundry facilities at a great price and good play area for kids. Camp K-9 area well mulched, spotless, H2O, and lighting. And the staff was very friendly, gracious and helpful, a terrific team!

Had a nice one night stay during our road trip. Very convenient when passing through and for visiting the national park. The staff was nice and amenties up to standards. Great to have slides to borrow for the dunes as well! only downside was a bit of noise and we didn't hook up to the water as we didnt have a pressure regular for the high pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is great, funny, and friendly. We wanted to see the awesome White Sands Ntl’l Park & they offered free sled to borrow. We had only booked for 1 night but due to conditions for our next day travels, we were able to stay a 2nd night so the 2nd day we enjoyed the Space Museum. It was awesome as well !!!

The staff and Mark is what makes this place so special. The level of service is amazing! Clean bathrooms, great water pressure, excellent wi-fi signal and close proximity to adventure. Mark gave me ideas for day trips, what a blessing! The only con is they back up to a collision center that likes to work at night. It stops by ten but very noisy. And the loud train horn.

It is easy to get around town from the location, it’s perfect. The sites are well taken care of as well as the grounds. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at White Sands KOA. All staff were kind and helpful. The park is clean and the staff take pride in keeping it that way. Our site was #30, gravel, pull-through, full hook-up, close to all amenities. So many beautiful sites to see and trails to explore near the park. Be sure to check in the office regarding park activities or you might miss some fun opportunities.

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
