Very friendly and kind staff. Clean bathrooms and facilities. Great water pressure. The area around the park may look a bit concerning, but we stayed two nights and had nothing to be concerned about. Oh, and a nice dog park!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet location. Had a bit of trouble with WiFi but that is typical at 3/4 of places.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom were emasculate!!! ��� And Mike, the grounds keeper is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

The location is perfect. The sites have some privacy that is not often typical of RV parks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would indeed chose this park again.

We stay at this KOA often, and we have always found it to be a wonderful place to stay. The RV sites are always kept in good condition. It is conveniently located within the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you might need, including information on all the things to see and do in the area. The staff is always working to improve the campground and it’s facilities.

Stopped here for a night to do laundry and shower. Very well kept place with pretty good facilities. Laundry room was emaculant. People were very nice and very helpful. Definitely will stop by again when their way again. Thanks to Ellen and Mark.

First off I have NEVER rated so low The staff were FANTASTIC very friendly talkative helpful and the laundry facilities were great.......BUT the location is terrible was woken 4 times a night by a loud train whistle that felt like it was coming through my motorhome. The sites are very small and unfortunately there are HUGE cement picnic tables that take up half of the small site Sorry.

I am sorry for the train noise, it is near by and I can't control their schedule or when they chose to blow the whistle. I am sorry that you didn't like our cement table that was at the site.

Owners were helpful and very friendly. Clean facility. Call, they really know what to do in Alamo. Try "We Deliver Alamo" for some home cooking!

Only thing missing was a sewer hookup. We’ll definitely be back!!!

The sites are very narrow and close. There’s a train that runs all day and night. It’s right on a busy road with a lot of traffic. The campground is very clean the host very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t go again too noisy for me

It clearly says on the door “Masks must be worn by everyone, regardless of vaccination status.” It’s a state mandate. That apparently doesn’t apply to the helmet-haired lady who works there on weekday mornings. My 1st KOA stay & on my trip stayed at 2 National Parks which cost the same amount & didn't even compare! The owner at this KOA was so sweet & helpful, the grounds were beautiful, so many amenities, & super clean bathrooms. Loved it & highly recommend!

We had a very nice site and the staff was so kind and accommodating. It wasn’t the most fabulous location but it worked for us and the wifi was great!

We had a nice week stay at this KOA. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our site was very nice and offered a propane grill, firepit, swing and table and chairs on a paver patio. All the utilities worked great. We were able to borrow a couple of sleds to take to the White Sands National Park which was a lot of fun. I would recommend this KOA if traveling to the Alamogordo area.

Nice people, clean sites. Someone came to the sites after leaving to check the electrical boxes and lighting and to clean up if necessary. We would stay there again. Stayed in a 37ft RV towing a small car.

We arrived after closing and in the dark, but the owner waited to escort us to our site. This was the tone for our entire stay; VERY friendly, helpful staff and owners. The campground was clean, and well kept. They let you borrow sleds and wax for White Sands, which made our visit to the National Park extra fun. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We’ll be back!

Our stay was great. The only downside was we had to pay to have a fire pit. Aren’t campfires a given with camping? Should be included. It wasn’t expensive it was just unexpected.

Great Park! we are traveling with a 43 Ft. Coach towing a 28 Ft. trailer, and access was excellent, the Host guided us into the space to be sure we didn't have any problems. Park layout was comfortable, site was clean, and we will stay again next time in the area!

KOA’s seem to have higher standards than a lot of other campgrounds. Super nice bathrooms and friendly helpful staff. I had an enjoy stay!

We were there for 7 days. Well maintained with nice trees at the spot. Tables at all sites and a partial privacy wall. We were able to use our satellite for tv and stayed connected to the WiFi for our phones. No groceries in the store but several grocery stores close by. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again if we are in the area. Friendly staff.

Friday night live music was perfect for our family. Sandy was very helpful with reservations and ideas for the children. Steve helped out when we had a minor RV repair!

I stayed one week and I lived it. Great laundry room, the restrooms were spotless and the people were so helpful and nice. I will go back again.

One night stay on the way to AZ in a 40 ft fifth wheel. Great for our needs. Super staff that came around and checked on us to make sure all was well.

Staff sre very friendly & helpful. Our pull thru site was clean, extra long and wide, plenty of room for a 41 ft 5th wheel and a dually truck. Great water pressure and only a block and a half off of White Sands Blvd.

All of our interactions with their staff were incredible. They went above and beyond in customer service. Ellen was so kind and let us know early when our space was available. The park is well-maintained and the spaces are large and roomy making you feel like you have some elbow room Will return !

Easy reservations and plenty of room to maneuver the rig. The store is quite nice, the sweet lady really helped us figure out a late night food plan :) Dog friendly too
