Staying at the Albert Lea KOA, was a great experience. From the friendly staff, to the well maintained grounds, to the spacious sites, it was one of the best campsites we've ever had. The staff even called us twice to inform us that the interstate exit to the KOA was closed and recommended an alternative route. The Albert Lea KOA is FIRST CLASS all the way!

I just stayed for a quick overnight traveling home. The staff called me specifically to let me know which exit to take due to construction. I very much appreciated that!

Beautiful rest spot. We had a beautiful large sight. Nicely kept grounds. Only suggestion is remove the fire pits and only allow portable propane fire pits. We wanted to leave our windows open and could not due to too much smoke on the air.

Nice size campsites, easy check-in and staff was helpful. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. We would stay here again.

This was just a one-nignter enroute to Rapid City, SD. The campground and staff at Albert Lee was fantastic! Beautiful grounds and a very pleasant staff!

We were traveling to this KOA as a last stop on our team day camping venture out West... Both KOAs we stayed at in Minnesota were not great.. We had to reroute twice due to construction when traveling to this particular KOA and did not receive a phone call until the afternoon of our arrival of the construction. Our friends staying with us, received a call the day before. We were detoured 45 min

We stayed twice overnight within 2 weeks....didn't use any amenities so can't talk about that. We stayed in a class C right next to a cornfield...� Even though I-90 is close, it was NOT noisy. A nice place to stay. Could use a few more shade trees.

This is a great campground. It is very clear that the owner and employees take great pride in everything they do to make it a very pleasurable experience.

We only stayed overnight, but the campground was very clean and well maintained. I was impressed with the sites that had patios with furniture, and chairs around the paved fire pits. Very nice!

Was very comfortable in our little cabin/lodge. Really liked that they had a gas grill for use. Was clean.

Stayed 1night. WORST WIFI of any of the KOA’s we have stayed at. Used my Hot spot. Pool not open. Another bummer. 94 temp. Why they can’t tell you when something is not working I don’t understand. I would rather have a customer go some place else then come to a place they are going to bad mouth on social media.

A good campground. Lots of grass. Conviently located between Albert Lea and Austin - stay here to visit the Spam Museum. Very easy access from the interstate. Had some sound from the interstate but it was mild after about 11pm. We stayed for four nights in a 43 ft Class A; towing. Would stay here again.

This campground is supposed to be rated a Journey campground. It doesn't even qualify for a Holiday campground rating. KOA needs to reevaluate this campground. There was nothing open, pool looked nice with NO water in it. They are running scared due to covid shame on the campground. I hope my comments do not fall on deaf ears for the fee I am paying yearly.

We loved staying in the deluxe cabin for a week. Very friendly staff. We especially enjoyed our daily walks in their wildflower maze path. We will definitely stay again.

Nice, shady campground. It's a halfway point for us, so usually stay here A night on our way elsewhere. The hosts called and notified us of the construction detour for exit 166 going east. You need to be aware of it or you will go 22 miles (11 x 2) out of your way.

We stayed in a. Class C for one night so I don't have a lot to say, however it was quite serene and pleasant. The crew was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff. Site big enough for our 45ft Coach plus toad. Enjoyed walking the grounds. Would go back there

Pool closed, which we expected. The restrooms were locked so we couldn’t use them. The water pressure was so low we couldn’t shower and occasionally couldn’t flush. Disappointed.

Good sites. Friendly staff. Our only complaint was that restrooms and showers were closed to self-contained campers (entrance was by door code only). We were not informed of this upon check-in.

This is an old KOA and not big rig friendly. All sites need at least 50 amp service. The grounds were fairly well kept.

Nice quiet park. Stayed here several days and used it as a base to explore southern Minnesota and northeast Iowa. It was flat clean and well kept.
