Easy access from the interstate but a little out of the way from Albert Lea. 5 miles to any services but was quiet for an overnight.

Everything was great. New owners were very nice and accommodating to our needs as our camper was not going to work in the first spot. I would give it a 5 if the pool was open. I will be back.

The pool was not open, just scumming water in the bottom, there was a little plastic “playground” one basketball hoop sitting in the middle of the grass with a tore up net. No movie and popcorn as advertised. The mattresses were all terrible. I didn’t sleep at all. Actually very disappointed.

Brian Fosen was a tremendous host! The site was clean and services were reliable. The wifi was a little weak, but I understand the owners are new. Brian and I chatted about plans for coming improvements, I'm looking forward to visiting again in the future to see what he does with the place!

I really appreciated being accommodated at the last minute. I only needed a tent site, but having electricity was a plus, allowing me to run my AC. I’d definitely stay again if I come the same route.

Excellent for an overnight stay. Easy to find and not far from the interstate. We had a pull thru site that was fairly level and with a shade tree. Utilities were fine with no surprises. Sites were good size with a lot of room between. Wifi was OK. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The late check in was easy, the employees were very nice, and the campground looked nice. However, the cabin we rented wreaked of alcohol and it never dissipated, the bathroom was dirty, and two stray cats hung out on the deck, they were cute but problematic with our dogs. Had we stayed in a tent or RV site our stay and review would probably be more positive but the overnight stay was not great.

Disappointed the pool was not available. A broken pump was a weak excuse. The water in the pool was green and looked to not be operational for months. A pool is a big draw and R & M is money well spent For the price, we got what we needed; a safe area, electricity and water, clean bathrooms. No frills.

Nicely maintained RV park that is a great place to stop while traveling the 90. VERY friendly staff and surprisingly stocked store. Has a great game room (ping pong, air hockey etc.) and a pool (though closed when we visited). We stayed there 2 times on our trip from Ohio to South Dakota, once on the way and once on the way back. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very nice campground, quiet and relaxing. Owners are very helpful, gave me very good advice on what restaurants are nearby.

The bathrooms were dirty. Tiles around the sinks had brown scum all over them. The showers had broken tiles and more brown scum. The pipes for the showers were all rusted and covered in some sort of build up. In the cabin I got bit by something all over. Did not stay there for more than a few hours. Went down the street to a hotel. The place was too filthy to stay.

Had to make a last minute stay because it was so windy on 35. Nice clean facilities and friendly owner. Would definitely stay here again.

This campground is beautiful with large trees and lots of shade. That being said, it could use some TLC. The trees need to be trimmed, grass cut, maintenance to the sites and roads. The roads are quite dusty and the 5 mph speed limit is not enforced. It is our understanding that the new owners just purchased it and hopefully they can do the needed maintenance to make this a really nice place.

This was a cute campground that we will surly stay at again on our next cross country trip. I am excited to see what changes the friendly new owners make!

The road in was a little bumpy, but that holds down dust, mowed grass is needed for ease of picking up after my dog I'll keep you on my list of places to stay when travelling thta way again. Thanks

Bathrooms need updating, were dirty and no paper towel at 9:30pm. Sign posted that pool was closed for entire 2021. Nice employee in the morning setting up recreation items and picking up. Good location right off Highway for a quick overnight.

Great campground. Lots of shade and nice layout. The only downside is the highway noise and the occasional train.

This is a basic KOA, but the facilities are nice, the owner is present and helpful, and the sites are reasonable sized. We stayed there for three nights and had a great time. I would recommend this for anybody passing through, or people who have things to do in the Austin/Albert Lee area.

Very clean camp ground!Wash rooms and shower's are the cleanest I've seen. Stayed there 3 night's! Would stay there again.

The camp host/manager was very friendly. He talked to many of the campers and did what ever he could to make their stay comfortable and fun. He even brought my receipt to my campsite. Restrooms and showers were immaculate.

We booked a last minute stay due to weather. We were able to get a site. The rv park was very nice.

If you have the pool closed you should mention it on website so travelers are not expecting to take a nice dip after driving.

Our stay was fine. Really just an 'over-night' kind of place, and that's what the majority of the campers were doing...arriving or leaving. Just over night stays on their way out West or coming back. Pool was CLOSED (we weren't aware) for the summer and there wasn't much, if anything for kids to do. It was fine for a quiet stay, but not recommended for families with kids. Nice dog park area.

Nice quiet park. Stayed here several days and used it as a base to explore southern Minnesota and northeast Iowa. It was flat clean and well kept.
