Anderson / Lake Hartwell KOA Holiday is located near Lake Hartwell but is not directly on the lake and does not offer on-site lake access. Public lake access is available nearby.We want every guest to enjoy a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly stay. By making a reservation or staying at the campground, guests agree to follow all campground rules, policies, posted guidelines, and staff instructions.Payment & Card on File
A valid payment method may be required to remain on file. By making a reservation or providing payment information, you authorize the campground to charge the payment method on file for amounts owed, including unpaid site fees, utilities, late fees, damages, excessive cleaning, rule-violation fees, towing or removal costs, and other applicable charges. Charges may also be processed after checkout if an unpaid balance, damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, or other charge is discovered after departure.Check-In & Check-Out
RV and tent sites may check in beginning at 12:00 PM. Cabin check-in begins at 1:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM for all guests. Late departures may be subject to additional fees.Cancellations & Refunds
RV and tent reservations require at least 7 days' cancellation notice; cabins require 14 days. Cancellations must be made by calling the campground directly. Holiday and designated special-event reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked. No refunds are issued for no-shows, early departures, weather, illness, travel delays, or other discomforts of nature. Cancellation fee is $50. Guests & Visitors
Maximum occupancy is 6 people per site, including visitors. All visitors must register with the office before entering the campground. Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party and their visitors.Pets
Pets are limited to 2 per RV or tent site. They must be leashed when outside, may not be left unattended, and owners must immediately clean up after them. Pets are not permitted in cabins or accommodations, except service animals as required by law and documentation is required. Damage, Cleaning & Site Standards
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, their party, visitors, pets, vehicles, RVs, or equipment. Repair, replacement, cleanup, administrative, and related costs may be charged to the payment method on file.Sites must remain clean, orderly, and consistent with a family-friendly campground. Excessive clutter, trash, unsafe utility connections, improper sewage disposal, unauthorized structures, disruptive behavior, or damage to campground property may result in additional charges and removal.Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
Speed Limit: 5 MPHSerious, unsafe, illegal, destructive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.All stays constitute temporary, revocable campground occupancy and do not create a residential tenancy or right of continued occupancy. Extended-stay guests are subject to additional terms.Full Anderson / Lake Hartwell KOA Holiday Rules, Regulations & Policies apply to all reservations and stays.
