Awesome stay!! Kris and her team are focused on customer service. As it was winter I had winterized my coach, but then decided to make a little trip to SC. When I hooked up the the city water I realized that my O ring for the whole coach filter was missing. When I mentioned this to Kris she offered her maintenance man to go to the local hardware store to pick one up!!! Incredible!!

They need to pave roads and major sites. Too much dirt and gravel for the money charged.

I had to make an overnight stop and this KOA was along my route. I had no issues entering or exiting the grounds with a Class A Motorhome with a tow vehicle. The campground was very clean and had lots to do for all ages. Karen is a great host on the phone as well as in person.

Very cute and homey-feeling campground. The restrooms and showers were open only for use by tent-campers/those camping without full hook-ups, which I totally understand. The owners said this was done as a COVID precaution, so the public amenities are probably usually open to everyone. Not exactly convenient though, especially if you need to wash your hair using the public shower during winter.

Staff was helpful with late night check-in. However, in the AM, a site manager asked to checkout at 1145. The person said checkout time was 11, but the receipt and the website said 12pm. I asked for 15 mins and at 1220, with the engine running to pull off another site manager pulled in a cart, pretty saying it’s time to go. I mean the place was maybe 1/3 full. Why rush a paying customer?

My stay at Lake Hartwell KOA was excellent. Quite, clean and wonderful staff. If ever back in the area , I will definitely be calling them up.

Only negative is that we were put at the front of the park so we heard everything abs everyone going on and out of the park.

We arrived just before the office closed. We expected to be escorted to our site and were not. As a result, in the dark, the back top of our RV hit a tree causing roof and ladder damage. After getting into our site someone else came in with 6 barking dogs and loud talking. It made for a very loud night and horrible stay. Also no access to the restroom and we only had electric and water hookup.

It was out first time in our new travel trailer. We were nervous and obviously were unsure if we were doing everything right. We realized we didn't have everything we needed but were able to purchase things from the camp store. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. It took longer than expected to pack up and leave and they were very nice about is not checking out on time.

Found it dissatisfying that RV guests are barred from using bathrooms.

This was our last Clemson football game weekend for the season. We enjoyed another great stay and will miss KOA and the staff until next season. Thank you for making this our Fall home away from home!

Excellent campground! Large sites,guiet,close to highway and stores. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. We were there nine days!

Chief cook and bottle washer CHRIS was very informative and helpful. Nice to find good people that love their work and make visitors comfortable.

The people were very friendly. The RV sites were well kept. We had the site that included the grill a glider and a table. Everything was in new condition. Saved time not having to get ours out. The RV sites had plenty of room between them. We will definitely come back.

Crowded campground, no bathroom/shower access, poor/no WiFi connection. But convenient to Interstate and site was level.

Sites not level, permanent residents that need units cleaned up (stuff growing on roof of some), unsightly game room with “junk” stacked in it, need lots more gravel on sites, need to warn guests about high water pressure. Staff was nice. Difficult to maneuver with 65 feet of motor home towing car. Overall needs a lot of spiffing up. Would NOT classify this as a “Holiday” KOA

We had trouble with our shower in our travel trailer. This campground does not have a bathhouse for rv campers, it's only for tent campers. We were not allowed to use campground shower so we were forced to make emergency repairs to use our shower. We have never camped at a KOA that didn't have a bathhouse. We will not visit this site again.

Wonderful stay! The gentlemen that were in the office on Thursday night when we arrived were so helpful in getting us checked in. They led us to our site and assisted in getting our boat and truck parked. This was my 1st experience staying at a KOA. Great stay and will definitely return!

Staff was helpful and nice. Campground was quiet and peaceful. Cabin was clean and cozy. Excellent place to stay and relax.

Visit again: definitely Felt safe: very Site condition: clean. Campground vibe: vacation-y, shaded, mature trees, not a concrete parking lot, inviting to relax & very close to all of Anderson. Pad Conditions : gravel, level, lots of pine needles so keep that in mind for awnings. Spacing between sites: plenty Views: wooded with mature tall trees. . Hook-ups: easy & not too muddy despite rain. Noise: very quiet Staff: friendly helpful GPS: accurate Things to do: downtown Anderson!!! Cute, clean, fantastic restaurants, easy car parking, comfortable walking all around.

This KOA was easy to get to and we'll organized and clean. The people were awesome. Great place to stop at on our way through. I would definitely recommend.

Nice place to camp and very nice owners and workers are nice two. Deluxe cabins very clean. Bathroom showers spotless laundry room very clean owners nice workers are extremely nice
