The site was large and very open. This is a well maintained campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our grandkids really enjoyed themselves.

The pool was gross and had tons and tons of bugs and dirt and hair in it. The power plug was extremely loose so our power cord kept falling out which caused the refrigerator breaker to trip. This resulted in around $50 worth of groceries spoiling over night and needing to go into the trash.

Campground itself is nice, cozy and clean. Great pool, convenient store and mini-golf. I gave 4 stars only because I think bathrooms and restrooms could use more cleaning, especially these days. But overall, we had a great time!!!

Did a stop over for the night on our way to NC and everything went very well. We only required electrical and had no problems connecting and getting power running. Had a nice little dog park that was well kept. Also had a nice little store with items you may need for a short stopover or a couple days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the park was well maintained and clean.

Other than some discourteous behavior by some fellow campers on the first morning/day, our experience was wonderful. Great location near Lake Hartwell and the staff was absolutely FANTASTIC. They heard our complaint about the other campers and promptly handled it. Unfortunately people will be at every campsite and often there will be at least one group that isn’t as courteous. This was our third stay at Anderson KOA in a year. We like the owners and operators, store and laundry facilities and the pool. This KOA is about 30 miles from our daughter's house, so we have used this as a place to practice our camping skills and check out our equipment.

The "cuddle cabin" was amazing! Some of the staff were not following proper health guidelines (wearing a mask, following the arrows, staying six feet apart, etc...), but, other than that, it was wonderful.

Very nice campground! Nice woodsy setting; nice amenities; very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived late, 9pm, and was leaving early the next morning. So I did not have a lot of time to explore. But based on what I saw, I now keep this KOA on my list of campgrounds to use again if ever I am in the area! Thanks!

Grounds and buildings are very ran down. Pool was full of bugs like it had not been cleaned in awhile. The putt putt area was ran down. There are 3 showers and 1 drain in the middle stall. Very gross to have your neighbors nasty run in on you. Our cabin had a terrible musty mold smell. I assume the a/c? They did move us to the cabin next door when requested. I expect much better from a KOA.

The owner was very helpful to us as first time campers. She even came over in the rain when we were having difficulties in connecting the water supply. She was very friendly as well. Everything was clean and orderly. Thanks for making it a pleasant stay!

Needs updates to the grounds for example the mini golf is outdated. Needs more activities. Also needs to be cleaned up there was paint cans on the mini golf course that were rusted. Also camp sites with rusted out lets and hookups wrapprd with plastic which was an eye soar.

We were only there 1 night, but the staff welcomed us with open arms and made sure everything was good once we got set up. Our site was very nice and would have been great if we were spending more time there.

Everyone was so friendly from check in to check out! We enjoyed our stay, The cabin was perfect the deck and porch swing were a plus. I wish we didn't have to leave. The salt water pool was a huge plus! Much better than chlorine. Perfect Perfect!! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our trip. We unplugged and had an amazing weekend of quality family time. Julie was amazing, friendly, and helpful at check-in and all weekend long. She gave us recommendations about the area that were excellent. Clean facilities and campsite. We used electric hookups that worked well. Friendly staff and friendly campers. Plenty of stores within driving distance. Thank you KOA

We rented the cabin with a bathroom. The water pressure is absolutely amazing! I wanted to take it with me. It was spacious enough for our whole family, including our 2 80lbs fur babies. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable about local attractions. We will be back someday. Why would you stay anywhere other than KOA!

I arrived late. My arrival papers were strewn on the ground, this may be due to the storm. The papers did not include bathroom access codes. The emergency phone did not answer or call back. I was told they fell asleep mistakenly, but still never called back. The shower was cold, all that was offered was that was the first time they heard of it. No one in the office seemed to care. Contct me.

Everything from the check in to check out was fantastic. We were shown to our site by an employee and they answered all the questions we had. The facility was clean and there was a store for supplies. Campground was beautiful. My kids loved roaming around, enjoyed the pool and miniature golf. Louie was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. A++++ all the way!

Visit again: definitely Felt safe: very Site condition: clean. Campground vibe: vacation-y, shaded, mature trees, not a concrete parking lot, inviting to relax & very close to all of Anderson. Pad Conditions : gravel, level, lots of pine needles so keep that in mind for awnings. Spacing between sites: plenty Views: wooded with mature tall trees. . Hook-ups: easy & not too muddy despite rain. Noise: very quiet Staff: friendly helpful GPS: accurate Things to do: downtown Anderson!!! Cute, clean, fantastic restaurants, easy car parking, comfortable walking all around.

This KOA was easy to get to and we'll organized and clean. The people were awesome. Great place to stop at on our way through. I would definitely recommend.

Nice place to camp and very nice owners and workers are nice two. Deluxe cabins very clean. Bathroom showers spotless laundry room very clean owners nice workers are extremely nice
