Too much rain

We had a back in spot that had a lot of space. Backing in was a little difficult due to the ditch on both sides but other than that campground was great and clean.

We only stayed one night on our drive through to SD but the location was easy to find, we were greeted by friendly staff and found our site quickly. We were able to call to have firewood delivered to our since the office was already closed. Quiet hours were peaceful so we could enjoy the evening and during “noisy hours” you could hear the sounds of kids playing. Definitely a great stay!

Signage poor at entry, pulled over to investigate where we should go. Apparently my registration did not go through. Greeted with abrupt rudeness to tell us what we had done wrong! No receipt was given and when I had to go back to ask for it. Customer service attitude needs great attention!!

It was awesome. Only downfall we didnt get to spend our second night as my husband got called into work.. Otherwise it was a pretty amazing place.

Never had a campsite so big. A little hard to back into due to the ditches at the end of your site. Workers are extremely friendly and helpful. It could use some updating, but very well kept

We weren’t taken to our site and neither was everyone else we came with. But other people were taken to theirs. It was Christmas in July wknd and there was no decorations or even Santa riding around. I understand there are limits due to corona but there are ways to Social distance and still Enjoy functions. Especially since you advertise themed wknds

Giving the covid19 pandemic staff did great! Place was clean and refreshing from other camp grounds!! Recommend and told friends!! We will be back!!

Nice sites, but bring plenty of hose and cable to reach connections.Guidance to your site would be nice and trash pickup at your site.

tent sites are WAY too far from the bath house which makes NO sense at all. Area around the RV site that we rented was full of holes in the ground that would be very easy to break an ankle in. Bath house door not easy to open with arthritic hands, after the trek up the hill. Then no hot water in the bath house. Definitely not tenter friendly.

Enjoyed the campground .... Workers are all nice and pleasant .... Felt safe, comfortable and relaxed.... Due to the virus attractions are down which was the only downside to the weekend.

The store was closed every time we tried to go. Some days it’s closed the entire day. Other days it closed by 2:30pm. I realize that it’s due to covid but we stayed at a different campground the weekend before in the same county and everything was open.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our store hours are on your check in packet as well as all websites. We do have our gatehouse open and offer delivery to your site. The only day we close at 2:00pm is Sunday and our gatehouse is open til 5:00pm.

This was our second year having our family reunion-we liked our accommodations (the Barn)’and the kids enjoyed the pool and grounds!�

We stayed in a cabin. It was very musty and all of our stuff smelled when we left. We also part of a larger group who lost electricity for over 24 hours. This is not the 1st time it has happened to us here They told us its only the second time it happened but we've been here more tham twice when it happened. With that being said, the pool and playgeound were nice and kept clean during covid

Lots are very nice size. However accessing them is not the easiest. Power seems to be a huge problem. No working wifi. Management did credit one night's stay due to 36 his of loss of power within the camp, but it seems this is a normal problem sadly. Other than the sites being nice sized i saw no other reason to return.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Our dogs loved the dog park and our children loved the pool. Only one wrinkle, the first night we stayed the electric was not working but the weather was cool and we really didn't miss it.

The staff was very accommodating in helping us get our camper set-up. The lots are large so make sure you bring extra hook-ups. They have a very nice large pool. During the weekend, they were short staffed and closed the store. No supplies or ice cream for those hot days. The campground also lost power overnight waking up to a warm frig. Also no TV service at all.

We always suggest to look over your confirmations, we do have very large sites and give call outs to which sites will need extra length. Our store does offer Hershey Ice Cream, Frito lays snacks, firewood, ice . We offer lots of treats and toys. We hope you check them out next time.

It wasn’t that great. The sites are horrible for back a trailer and truck on and under staffed and could be kept up better. Need to spend more money on the campground and update things. Left a day early because of entire campground outage. Will not be returning.

Very clean campground. Wish the activity center and stuff was open but it is what it is. Had an absolute blast in water wars Saturday. We will gladly stay there again hopefully everything can be open by then.

The people there where awsome!! They helped make it romantic and was on the ball. The only problem I can say is the TV didn't work and there was no wifi even after talking to them so we couldn't just relax had to figure out things to do

nice and quiet. love the area. only draw back our site was right next to a wi fi booster . could not pickup wi fi. friendly staff tried to set up my device still could not connect. hopfully this is fixed.

Bath house was open and clean but had no hot water the hook ups were on the opposite side of where they’re supposed to be

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

As stated on all reservation confirmations and online when booking we are a shared pedestal park. We do try and give a call out to let you know what side your hookups will be on driver or passenger. This is in our future plans to correct.

Very disappointed with the campground overall. The accommodations in the deluxe cabin we nice but the fact the whole campground has four total charcoal grills was very inconvenient. I realize things have changed due to the pandemic, but the fact that the office was never open during our visit added to the disappointment.
