We were super impressed with the new tent sites. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because our dog got sick. We will definitely be coming back!

The pool is closed, no coffee in this place ��

The pool is opened everyday, we do follow the national guidelines when storms roll through. We do understand this is disappointing, we do hope to see you again in sunny weather. For your future stay please note the coffee is at the restaurant located in our store. The Country Rooster.

Clean Park. Friendly staff. When guests were upset about the pool having to close due to thunder and lightning, I was impressed with how they handled the situation. The pool defiantly needs some work, which I was informed it is in the plans. I wish people would understand it is not the park choice, it’s a national guideline. - former state lifeguard instructor

We had a great time , even with the rain! The bathrooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful. Thanks for making our first camping experience so great . We will be back soon

Our group had a wonderful time at the KOA. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! We were thrilled we could bring our pup along too. We will absolutely be returning.

I loved my stay at the Andover KOA!! The staff was super friendly! Everyone always had a smiling face! The campground is beautiful! I will definitely be coming back!!

We have a pop up camper no toilet. Our lot was J-1. Which we loved very shady. But no bathroom close by. Also. It states heated pool but the pool was very cold. Other than that we enjoyed it very much.

We booked but when we got there we were right by the water building. We asked to see if we could move down and it was ok. There was activities set up for the whole family we have four kids ranging in age from 2-12 and they all had fun even in the rain.

Miserable. And I don't even get enough characters to properly say just how miserable it was. We paid extra to stay at a KOA because it was a name I trusted. Not anymore. Doubt I'll ever go to another KOA again ever. Just can't trust them anymore. There were many issues but since they limit characters I'll say the biggest was no water for showers! Stay far away from this place unless.

Fantastic little place with a super helpful staff. Sites were nice and the grounds were well taken care of. The fenced in dog park was a favorable site :P

No apparent quiet hours, loud music and loud talking till 1a. Very small camp sites with no privacy or noticable division. Website stated activities to look forward to. However all activities were canceled due to covid. I wish we had gone to the state campground.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with your site. 20x30 is our tent site size. We do have security that patrols and had no complaints of loud guests. Our quite hours are 11p to 8a. We do feel this review is due to having you move excess of cars off site and asking you to stop cutting down our trees.

The bathrooms where closed for cleaning on Saturday At 7 pm. Everything. Was closed because of Covid.

We are sorry to see you were disappointed in your stay; we do close the bathrooms for cleaning and post the times. We hope to get back to our camping normal as soon as we are able.

We only stayed one night on our drive through to SD but the location was easy to find, we were greeted by friendly staff and found our site quickly. We were able to call to have firewood delivered to our since the office was already closed. Quiet hours were peaceful so we could enjoy the evening and during “noisy hours” you could hear the sounds of kids playing. Definitely a great stay!

Wonderful campground! Very clean and beautiful, surrounded by walls of gorgeous trees. Spacious enough for each resident to have room and not feel crowded. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay here!

We had a very nice time tenting except you didn't tell us about are membership to get the $30 off when we paid half the tenting sight! Until we asked halfway through our vacation, you have a lot of updates to do not enough cabins, and the bathrooms for the renters are to far away from site also the showers, Overall you guys are doing a great job! Our 2nd time staying here. Clean & fun campground. A lot to do for kids- nice pool & playground. Pricing is a lot cheaper than most KOA's which is a plus. Staff is friendly. Pymatuning Lake is near by to rent pontoon boats. Will definitely visit again next year!

Grass sight for tent camping was so rocky that we couldnt even hammer in our tent stakes. Pool was nice. Game room was ok, accept that no games were complete, even the pay to play pool table was missing balls. Electric hookup for tent site was an rv hook up. Tent site was not level. No trails or lake to fish at. Staff was nice but too young and nieve to stop anyone from breaking camp rules.

There were a few issues. But the most complaint is the last night we were there a group of campers that played music loud until almost 2 am. There was no staff member for us to address this too. We called the after hours numbers and got a voicemail and no return call. We informed the campers that quite hours were 11 pm and asked they turn the music off. They didn't. We didn't feel safe.

The campground looked great. The showers and bathroom were kept clean. The only downside was the tent sites were pretty small and close to each other with no seclusion at all. The bathrooms were a bit of walk but not too bad. The staff was super friendly. I would stay again. The cabins looked nice from the outside. Might try those next time. Price was also great for the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. All of your staff member was very helpful and friendly. I just wish that this site would have give us more information about the other sites that was around. Now that we know more about the site and sites we will definitely be come again.

Would have been five stars, but was disappointed with our original tent site. We were placed right between a dumpster and a fence. There was no grass and it didn't even appear that it was supposed to be a site. We and another couple went to the office and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating and it was very much appreciated. I don't think the original site should be used.

paid to much money for the lots to be as small as they were. was told by many people that it was a rip off and we could barley fit our tents on the site while following the guidelines of 10 people to a site and 2 tents to each lot.

Waste of time and money. My tent site was located right behind a smelly dumpster and there was no grass pad as advertised for a tent. left after 1hr. Terrible experience, waste of $55, honestly how is a 20x20 plot of gravel worth $55 a night ?

We stayed over fathers day weekend. The koa provided so many activities for my family. We love to come and stay. Everyone is so nice from the workers to the other campers. It is like home away from home. I always talk about what a great place it is

Not a tent camping friendly place. The tent sites are beside a dumpster and a way from restrooms. The staff was very friendly and ended up moving us to a camper site which was nice but hard to set up tent with the gravel pad there. It was a very clean camp ground and had a nice swimming pool and playground. Wonderful park for people with campers but not good for tent camping.

The bathroom had 2 of 3 toilets out of service an the one urinal out of service an one of three showers out of service on a holiday weekend that waz on Thursday

Ruined Memorial Day weekend! Was put in primitive tent area next to dumpsters and sewage swamp when I booked a site with water and electric. Rude staff member. Only one toilet worked in bath house. Pool was green. We left a day early. Only plus was getting full refund but doesnt make up for a ruined weekend that was suppose to be fun. Owners should be ashamed!

Requested an end lot and was told they were all booked, but there were a few end lots that never had people the entire time we were there.
