The people working there were very nice it was the person next to us that was annoying he power washed his truck we couldn’t hear anyone talk because his machine made so much noise other than that it was nice

Nice campground, friendly staff. The main thing we dislike is the 11am checkout. No time for a final swim before having to pack up and hook up the trailer. 1pm or 2pm would be much better!

Great campground with nice grassy spot - even got shade we requested. Good showers and restrooms. Scrumptious ice cream!

The hookups for our site were very far back and I needed and extension to reach them. There was a tree in the middle of my site that prevented me from extending my awning. There was a deep ditch on either side of the entrance to our site that had metal piping sticking out, a tire killer for sure, if you slipped off the entrance and into the ditch.

I stayed from Sunday to Sunday...had a great time as always!!!!! Had a little mix up with the pizza but we survived! Staff always cordial and helpful! Cabins always clean.

My only issue was the site was not level. I had to go out and purchase a step stool for the entry steps.

You really need to level the lots and add gravel to where the trailers should park. Set up and leveling takes over 3 hours to get a trailer level it is a little insane. You need to be escorting people to the lots you have them assigned to and look to see what someone is requesting as far as 30 or 50 amp service. They had to move us to three different lots before we found a lot that was open.

The power went out several times that weekend.....over 8 hours on Saturday in extreme heat. This power outage also resulted in no water. The campground did not offer any compensation or bottled water to myself or my sister who was staying in a rented cabin. There was no communication from the office and when we called the office their voice box was full and would not except any messages.

Staff was polite and very helpful. Found a place for us on short notice and it was a pleasant stay. very quiet and restful. Enjoyed every minute of it.

We had a family reunion with my parents and all 10 of their children. We had 3 RV sites 1 tent site and 2 cabins. At one point we had about 35 people including visiting friends and family onsite at one point. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and plenty of activities for the kids.

Our site, 67 was very nice. The WATER is TERRIBLE, we had to buy (12) gallon jugs of water for coffee and drinking. We had 12 dogs in the surrounding area !!! Site 69 had 4 but no bother, Site 66, and they are members, had 3, 2 of which were always barking and trying to get at me. ! Need to LIMIT dog SIZE ,TYPE and NUMBER ! NO CABLE ! Vert WEAK Wi-Fi. MANY pot holes. This is NOT a resort.

Great park to visit for our first camping adventure in our new camper. Staff very friendly. Only issue we had was connecting to the WiFi. We were given the password wifisite and were unable to connect. We tried everything even adding the site number we were on. It may have been we were too far from the tower.

Nice friendly campgrounds. The only negative thing is a little tight with large pull behind with ditches on both sides of roads,but not impossible. Sites are spacious, and plenty to do!

I came to visit family and tour the area with my family. I appreciate the activities but I did not participate in them. The power and water pressure dropped when the park was completely full, but only for a little while. Park was immaculate, employees professional and helpful, very enjoyable. Thank you.

We had a very nice time tenting except you didn't tell us about are membership to get the $30 off when we paid half the tenting sight! Until we asked halfway through our vacation, you have a lot of updates to do not enough cabins, and the bathrooms for the renters are to far away from site also the showers, Overall you guys are doing a great job! We had a great spacious site that was close walking distance to everything! The grandbabies loved the pool and face painting. We were able to listen to the flannel band from our campsite, which we enjoyed. Check in after hours was a breeze and super friendly staff in the morning. We will be coming back again and looking forward to it.

This is a nice camp ground for a quick stay close to home. Everyone is friendly. Lots of things for the kids. The restrooms could really use an update into, they are very dated and have drain and flushing issues.

Very nice campground. Power supply could use an upgrade however it was an exceptionally hot couple days we were there and everyone’s ac was constantly running. Extremely nice and helpful staff and very nice amenities. We will stay again for sure

Very friendly staff, great campground. Only thing to widen the entrance at the rv sites so you do not run over your piping if you have a larger trailer. And maybe separate the electric boxes, we had a site that only 1 person plugged into the right site which if you are just making it to the pole with your cord to have to go to other side because people are plugged in wrong causes problems.

The campground was nice has a nice staff big lots.The pet yard was nice and large good running room for pets .The only thing I did not care for is 11 am Sunday check out just finished breakfast and have to start packing

The hook ups are not spaced out correctly, my power and water source were at one end of my campsite and the sewage hook-up was on the opposite side ... my cables, hose and sewage line are not long enough to reach all of my services that I paid for. Having my hookups spaced 30 yards apart, I had too choose between having water or power, kind of disappointed by this.

We really like this KOA. Small and friendly, but a lot to do. We LOVE their dog park.

Needs a lot of work there. Workers where all friendly and tried to help us. Poles at the end of the lanes need out of there and had to buy another electric cord to plug in. Cost us 52 extra dollars. Ditches at the end of lots need pipe and filled in so you can back in safely. It was very quit there. I would use this Koa again but maybe after some improvements are made to the sites. Thanks

the sites are really generous in size. The campground is really nice and convenient location for Deer Park and Pymatuning. We did not have a picnic table available to us - maybe another site "borrowed" it...others did have them. the hookups were REALLY far back in the sites and we needed some hose extensions to make it work. :D

The employees were extremely competent and courteous. The band on Friday was very good. I’ve never stayed at a campground with such abundant activities for everyone. Do need a small dog park, though.

Good activities, large sites but didn't like that we all shared electrical boxes and the site got very muddy with the rain I think a little gravel would go a long way.

It really is a nice park, well taken care of and all the people working there that we came in contact with were very friendly. My issues were twofold. 1. I wish campgrounds were not allowed the advertise wifi when it is a hopeless cause to try and use it. 2. I know animals are allowed but between the 5 trailers around us there were 11 dogs with one of them barking most of the time. Disappoint

Electrical hookup is so far away, thankfully we were able to borrow another one until I could buy one. The sites are all grass, very muddy. The ditches need to be filled in with rock so your able to back over the and still keep your drainage. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly, and the camp host was great. I do believe the next time we stay in that area we will use Jamestown.

Refuse to recommend KOA. Have had some nice experiences in the past, but the way you screwed us over on Kids for Cancer weekend was utterly pathetic. Pymatuning KOA. Cabin C6. No heat, no TV, no wifi... for our ENTIRE STAY!!! Each morning woke up to 53 degree cabin. What the heck? We reported it a half dozen times. No one cared. No one followed up. 0.5 stars out of 5.

We got there it was soooo muddy that my truck tires were spinning in 4wd and the electric, water & sewer hookups were so far away, i had to park it back enough so my electric cord would reach, borrow a 50ft hose and wait to dump until i pulled it forward 3ft when we were leaving. Not to mention that the picnic table was completely broken when we arrived 2pm fri and it wasn't replaced till mid Sat.
