We have camped at PAR for the last 3 seasons and have made wonderful memories. We have always felt safe and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the planned activities each weekend. Halloween was our favorite!

There was nothing going on at the campground and there was hardly anyone camping there but they put us way in the back of the campground. It would of been nicer to be closer to the bathrooms. I didn’t understand why they put us way back there.

Thank you for your feed back. We do try and offer activities all year. Currently there are 22 themed weekends during our peak season which is from Memorial Day to Labor day. We do try to make every guest happy, If at any time you would like to move sites please let our office know and we will be more than happy to find a new site. We hope to see you back during one of our action packed weekends.

Nice campground, Halloween good despite rain. Not happy our site was changed, we were a family and friends group. Friend site changed. We made reservations accordingly, sites we chose were near the group and empty all weekend.

Halloween events were great. Kids loved the trick or treat. Weekend started off really poor when we found our cabin wide open- we killed nearly 20 flies and swept them up ourselves despite asking for help from desk staff. Not sure we will come back, despite family belonging to that camground for 15+ years

Very quiet and clean. We supply your aggregates to the campgrounds in Andover and I was well pleases with how things looked. The staff was very friendly

We were there with other family members and requested a cabin near them. I called and asked and they said no problem and put us in a cabin right next door. But when we show up we are at a different cabin then they had said, almost as far away as we could get.Heat in the cabin was bad. Would be freezing in the front room and super hot in the bedroom.Haunted house was closed early for no good reason

Had many issues. Furnace in cabin didn't work, was an existing issue from prior week. Was 40 degrees, and had no heat. Not sure why I was placed there to begin with. Friend asked for nearby cabin and was assigned in another cluster. Asked at check out for call from manager, have yet to receive.

The activities were good, and the site itself is very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The camper/cabin we stayed in was okay, but the bed needs replacing perhaps to a queen mattress, one that can actually fit two adults. Also, add some more comfortable seating options, as the booth and couch were very uncomfortable to sit in.

Cabin was nice and accommodated 4 of us gals for a getaway weekend. It was nice to have the four single beds. The only thing that was a little annoying was that there was plastic coverings on the beds. It made it a little difficult to sleep. Otherwise the people in the office were great and the resort was wonderful. I plan on returning next year with my pop-up camper.

This was our second time staying here this summer. We truly enjoyed both of our stays. Clean grounds and facilities and lots of things to do. Our dogs enjoyed the huge dog park and we took in some of the activities. Excellent!!

Internet was terrible no cable tv hook up

Thank you for your time in giving us feed back. We are upgrading our WiFi in July of 2019. We do offer Satellite to our cabins and campsites sometimes mother nature doesn't corporate with the signal which we understand can be very frustrating. We hope you took the time to check out our adult lounge and clubhouse which offer many outlets to enjoy your camping time.

Our family loves camping at the Andover/Pymatuning KOA. This campground is very family oriented, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

1st night the key broke in the door,after I unloaded my vehicle. I had to move all my belongings to another cabin. The tv didn't work in the cabin and when I called the office I left a message and got no response.when we checked out the worker didn't know how to print my check out paperwork.

Called campground directly to request and confirm a site. Arrived on a Friday night to discover office hours changed and no one was available. The site we needed was occupied by someone else. Night reservations assigned us a site that was not acceptable. In the dark, with escort assistance we attempted to find another site in the dark Utilities were not close. Very disappointed.

The site we reserved was taken by someone else but the new sites that we ended up getting where a lot better then our original one. We had a great weekend, camp host was very helpful getting us to and in our new spaces”checked in late”. We will be staying again for sure.

Very friendly staff and campers. Maybe level out sites with gravel. We really had to stretch hoses for hook ups. Maybe get bigger fire rings a little at a time. But all in all-was good stay. No activities for off season campers but would recommend.

Sites were nice and big with mature trees. Nice camp store and clean restrooms/showers. After Labor Day so the pool wasn’t open. Friendly staff.

Our first time staying here. We enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to notify new campers that the electrical and water hook ups are far from the camper and they need extensions for both. Also, there is only 1 30 amp and 1 50 amp plug in per box. I’m thankful the people working there loaned us the converter or we wouldn’t have stayed

Great as usual. Andover/Pymatuning KOA is our go to campsite for our family, wether its cabin camping or tent camping, always have a blast. Need to have barn movies more often though.

Staff was helpful and friendly.The cabin we had was met our expectations. It was clean,with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room and AC. Beds were full but comfy. Looking forward to our next stay! It's a place in the country near a beautiful lake with lots of trees so relax be outside or play games inside and don't count on the TV to have very good reception it's a" satellite dish network".

The full hookups are to far apart to use them all at the same time. No cable and the pool was closed. STUPID!! It was hot and sunny. We will NEVER BE BACK

The worst place I could imagine. Rude employees. Campground looks like a parking lot with gravel pads covered in grass. The gravel constantly shifted and we had to retighten our stabilizers several times. A dying tree dropping dead leaves with more than half of the tree with no leaves. Electricity failed twice in four days. ditches to be crossed at the entrance to each space-hard to park.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The cabin we had was beyond our expectations. It was clean,with a fully functional kitchen and plenty of room. Looking forward to our next stay!

This was a very nice KOA. Although I had a problem at the site behind me with their dog when I contacted the office they came down right away and cured the problem. Thank you again for a wonderful Labor Day weekend I will definitely be back.

Road is very narrow and not paved with pot holes throughout the campground, Multiple campers plugged into 1 power pole / water connections. (Power went out on 3 different occasions due to over-load on power grid), Had to purchase longer fresh water hose due to connections being far away from camper, Had to purchase 50/30 amp reducer after I was told they had plenty, pool in need of repairs,
