Very nice. Guy in golf cart guided us to the site. Large lots. We were lot 70, but the water had a bad smell. We thought maybe no one used that site for a while, and maybe the water was stagnant. We decided we need to purchase a water filter to use from now on. Also, we didn't back up all the way, and our sewer hose didn't reach, so we had to hitch back up, and back up further. Quiet campgro

Sites not level. Had to try 3 sites & auto levelers still would not work. 4 campers share electric box-not good for Rv’s with short cords. Gate came down on our motorhome & scratched drivers side from front to back. Staff was very robot-like. Ruts everywhere. Should not be a KOA

We had a good site it was very clean the hole park was very clean also. The older maintenance man was very friendly and was very helpful with any questions we had.

Used to go they as a kid with my grandparents. But the cabin was cool just the beds sucked. Was a 20 times a night because of how much noise they made. Wasn't really that much interesting to do at the camp grounds but plenty when we would leave.

Our family of 4 had a great time, friendly staff that helped the best they could! Only gripe is the distance to the power poles were a bit further than other campgrounds, which should be stated up front. Most sites did have a tree for shade and the lots I seen were extra deep.

I was put on to a 50 amp site with a pop up with 30amp. After all set up had to move and with a pop up in mind. I couldn’t of been further away from the bathroom with 2 kids and a wife. This campsite is not made for pop up style campers. I was camp site #62. Look it up. Anyway. Will try out other campsite in the area. Thanks

Clean, friendly lots of activities for people to take advantage of if they chose to. The motto for this KOA should be " if we don't have it, then you don't need it". I checked the reviews and every negative item that impacted this KOA was either corrected or was not a factor in our visit. The K9 dog park was highly enjoyed by our 2 young rescue dogs. The grounds were clean and the park was active.

We had a small cabin it was clean and comfortable ,the pool was great, the food was very good we enjoyed the band we will be back again this season.

All was good. Pool needs some upkeep. Grounds and bathhouse were great. Recommend someone picking the site trash up instead of us taking it to a dumpster. But all was good and I would recommend to anyone.

Very nice modest campground. Staff was very friendly and facilities were very clean. My ONLY issue would be that the sites up front near the road were small and also ‘near the road’. Overall, great for a night or two.

The lots were sloped and it was not easy to level your trailer. Amenities were to include cable TV and we could not get any type of TV service. At other KOA's we were directed to our lot by an attendant, we were issued a map and left on our own. Did like the security gate. The dog park was hard to find.

Nice amenities at the park. Well behaved pets and children. Lots of activity, but peaceful at night. I would highly recommend this park.

Excellent campground. Love it. Can’t wait to go back. Friendly staff, great amenities, heated pool was amazing, and the sites were very spacious.

People were very friendly, and helpful. Kelsey was great!! Alittle disappointed in cabin rental. Could of been cob web better and mouse free. Family of mice that were everywhere, kept us up all night. Even though we caoght 3) Activitys for kids were fun. Would of gave 5's but our cabin experience infectation of mice, was bad!

Our 2nd time staying here. Clean & fun campground. A lot to do for kids- nice pool & playground. Pricing is a lot cheaper than most KOA's which is a plus. Staff is friendly. Pymatuning Lake is near by to rent pontoon boats. Will definitely visit again next year!

Grass sight for tent camping was so rocky that we couldnt even hammer in our tent stakes. Pool was nice. Game room was ok, accept that no games were complete, even the pay to play pool table was missing balls. Electric hookup for tent site was an rv hook up. Tent site was not level. No trails or lake to fish at. Staff was nice but too young and nieve to stop anyone from breaking camp rules.

There were a few issues. But the most complaint is the last night we were there a group of campers that played music loud until almost 2 am. There was no staff member for us to address this too. We called the after hours numbers and got a voicemail and no return call. We informed the campers that quite hours were 11 pm and asked they turn the music off. They didn't. We didn't feel safe.

We were VERY happy with our stay at Pymatuning Lake KOA! The staff is excellent! A special shout out to Don and Curt who saved me from myself twice! I’m a new owner of a 43 ft RV, and still learning to back it up! Don came to our site, and assisted me to the point of making me look like a pro! I also had some trouble on the way out of the site, and, again, Don and Curt were there!

The condition of the cabin we stayed in left a lot to be desired it was in very poor condition inside and out there were mice in the cabin that ate some of our food we had to leave our food in our car the bottom of the pool put cuts in my son's feet. The staff didn't seem very concerned about the issues the absence of the staff around the grounds and the office and store closing at 7pm.was really

Quiet location, but most (all?) RV sites are very un-level. Bring extra lengths of cord and water hose as hookups are at extreme distances, even with "full hook up" sites. We had to rely on our on-board water tank as our 50 feet of hose was inadequate to reach the faucet. 75 feet of power cord provided electrical hook-up. Camp store was nicely stocked, and games room/library were a nice touch.

Not what i was expecting from a Koa. Had reserved 3 sites all next to each other. When we get there someone has a camper all set up in our spot. Needless to say we had to move which now stuck us out in the open no shade anywhere. Will not be going back. Roads around campground are rough backing in to site is to narrow.

Nice long and wide sites, some grass but lots of dirt. Ok to use mats/rugs so we put down 2. Only 2 washers and dryers behind pool. Pool music was loud and ‘rappy’ especially Saturday pm. Didn’t get activity list when we checked in, so was unaware of the ‘pig roast’ Saturday. Baths ok, in back of pool, library great! RATES TOO HIGH! NO WIFI OUR ENTIRE 4 NIGHTS! Our cabin AC was not in working order, so they were using window units to try to cool the cabins. Lots of other cabins also were using window units for cooling rather than the cabin ac units. Our cabin reached 91 degrees and we had to keep complaining in order for maintenance to bring us another unit so it could be comfortable for our 1 year old. Cabins were run down and not worth price paid.

We camped with a group and even though we made these reservations in February our sites were not close to the cabins. We requested cabin circle B so our friends in cabins would be close to our campsites. Our cabin friends instead were put in cabin circle D, far from where we were camped...Then they put someone in between our group campsites so we had to cross over there site to get to our friends.

The workers we are very polite considering they were mostly all high school kids. The cabin was pretty clean, but it was still dirty. When I say this I what I mean is the bathroom smelled of urine, there was dirt, bugs and webs all over the corners of the cabin. But it is a cabin sooo. The whole place smelled of mold. I playin a band that has gig in the Andover Ohio area once each summer. Several members of the band rent cabins at this KOA every year and we have a great time. My wife and I rented your "Honeymoon cabin" this year and loved it. We stayed two extra days and fished. The band is already booked for next year, I'll be making a reservation soon!

We were with a large group. We booked last year & this year. We wanted the cabins in B but got mixed up & ended with cabins in D circle. We had booked reservations in February. We were disappointed. We made the best if it.

The way the sewer and electrical connections were set up were completely asinine. The camp store ran out of ice and garbage bags on a Saturday and with the campground being in the middle of nowhere, it didn't make for a good situation in July, especially when most of the sites are in full sun. WiFi was a joke. The Hershey's ice dream was amazing and the pool was great.

The over all campground was in great condition. Our cabin however the AC unit was broken and the window air conditioner was working but again the ceiling fan and light was not working. We came back to our cabin at 7pm and the termastat read 83 degrees. 730 on a Saturday night no manager on property. Sunday morning at 11a check out no manager to speak with. We were very upset by lack of manager.

It was nice but the campground can use some updates. Several sites were without water. The pool is in need of repair. The entrance road needs resurfaced
