Great time had with friends and family, love the events that were planned every day!! Sad to see that the tornado destroyed the primitive tent sites, it was such a BEAUTIFUL place to tent camp, hoping in time it can get cleaned up and tent campers have a place to camp there again! Also it's such a beautiful campground, hoping the landscaping gets done around the place to spruce things up!

Nice campground. Price was a little high per day $58.00. Our site was suppose to have wifi but it didn't. Not sure about going back. No garbage pickup, have to take your garbage to the dumpster, for the price per day that should be included.

This was a very nice campground. I have never been to a KOA that all the staff were so helpful and pleasant. They would go out of their way to make sure the time there was enjoyable. This was the first time for this KOA for us. We will be back. Thank you!

To start with everyone was very friendly. However, the water pressure was low, limited wi-if range, no individual site water/electric posts (our 25 ft electrical cable was too short to reach the pedestal) and the site was so unlevel it required significant additional blocks on one side to even get close to level. Very narrow entry lanes to back up a trailer into spot.

The campground was nice and well kept, however, the drain ditches on both sides of the campsite for backing in cause a bit of a problem and limited move-ability, had to jack knife the unit to get it in, and still went in ditch and cause slight damage to unit. Also escort was called to assist to lead to site, but no one showed. Office was not informative about VKR rewards, discounts or receipt.

Lovely people work there! Anything we've needed, they have happily helped us with. The grounds are neatly kept, the facilities are clean, and the spots are roomy. We've stayed there twice within a month's time and on the second trip found that our initial impressions from the first trip weren't just a fluke...y'all really have a great place and staff!!!

paid to much money for the lots to be as small as they were. was told by many people that it was a rip off and we could barley fit our tents on the site while following the guidelines of 10 people to a site and 2 tents to each lot.

Called for maintance, never showed up. Needs updated, electrical issues but thank goodness our neighbor was an electrician and was able to help out the 3 RVs that we're hooked on same spot.

Peaceful getaway for my husband and I. And although the park was pretty full, we had no problem relaxing and enjoying some time away.

Waste of time and money. My tent site was located right behind a smelly dumpster and there was no grass pad as advertised for a tent. left after 1hr. Terrible experience, waste of $55, honestly how is a 20x20 plot of gravel worth $55 a night ?

Very nice people at the camp ground. I needed a tool to fix my antenna and maintenance let me use their tool. Very nice game room and we played bingo one night it rained. The campground was very clean. Great job.

Everything was great. My only thing to change is the beds squeaked every Move you made. So much that we used air mattresses after first night.

It rained most of our stay but it’s still a very beautiful place . We had to unhook sewage for an entire day due to problems they had . Other than that we had a good time and the staff was friendly and helpful . The showers and restrooms were very clean .

The stay was very quiet and pleasant. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give them a full "5", is because the cabin was a bit dated and needed a bit of repair. By no means was the cabin falling down, just a little TLC would have gone a long way.

Cabin was dirty, mice & rats everywhere. Ants also. Ants and bugs were crawling all over me. Never again, would like some sort of a refund, thanks.

We stayed over fathers day weekend. The koa provided so many activities for my family. We love to come and stay. Everyone is so nice from the workers to the other campers. It is like home away from home. I always talk about what a great place it is

Not a tent camping friendly place. The tent sites are beside a dumpster and a way from restrooms. The staff was very friendly and ended up moving us to a camper site which was nice but hard to set up tent with the gravel pad there. It was a very clean camp ground and had a nice swimming pool and playground. Wonderful park for people with campers but not good for tent camping.

Nice place, clean cabins, but I rented two cabins a 2 person one that had a smell all weekend that would not go away and a large family cabin that had whole house air that did not work but had a small window unit that never cooled the cabin and the TV did not work called maintenance they did not fix the problems most likely will not go back there to stay

Site 92 was difficult to position our camper on due to a tree and the location of the hookups. Also very uneven. I asked the office personnel if we could move to the site next door (91). They were very accommodating and said yes. We found a big pile of dog dirt on the site which I had to remove myself. Gross! Dogs on other sites barked too much. Very clean bathroom but could have been heated.

Nice big grassy camping sites. Loved the KOA pontoon boat rental on Pymatuning Lake. No KOA problem, but wish there was a bit more to see and do within a few miles if campground, other than the lake and park.

We had a great stay! The hook ups where a bit confusing and we had to use extensions for our water and electric - but the staff was so helpful and friendly!!! Also we loved all the extra activities to entertain our kids. The bath/shower rooms were the cleanest I have seen at ANY campground! The lifeguards were so friendly our kids LOVED one particular... unfortunately I didn't catch his name.

We rented a deluxe cabin , for 4 adults. Our mattress was very uncomfortable, the bunk beds were so tiny , the pull out couch was very old and had seen better days . It rained and water was coming in the bedroom, kitchen window, and when I brought this to the young girls attention, stateing my luggage got wet , her response was oh I will have to get that checked over. And ants all over

staff was very nice but the cabin was very outdated, had 2 air conditioners running on 75-80 degree day just to keep cabin at 75 degrees, tried cooking food and had to hold food in hand as if you put anything down got instantly attacked by little ants. beds was like sleeping on spring coils. had no use of swimming pool as it was all green.

A little expensive for a small cabin that had mouse poop in the kitchen sink but overall the cabin was clean. No linens was disappointing as well it made the bed very uncomfortable and we couldn't shower.

All in All nice people, things you will need to stay, 1 Depending on which side of utility post site is on - Extra electric cord, water hose, 50 amp to 30 adapter for smaller units, 4 wheel drive and boards for tires if it has been wet due to grass sites. On hot days when full, the power system can't handle the extra draw from so many air conditioners and goes out several times Overall clean place

Great stay, as always. But asked for a discount if there were a lot of units still open (which there were), and was told no. I'm a vacation rental home manager and we always offer discounts to entice guests if there's lots of availability. Will have to rethink.

The bathroom had 2 of 3 toilets out of service an the one urinal out of service an one of three showers out of service on a holiday weekend that waz on Thursday

We reserved a specific site in February only to find that we did not get the site we reserved. Our site was difficult to get into and quite muddy. We also lost our electric service several times during the weekend. This campground needs some work. Most of our KOA stays have been great but not this one.

The site was nice, clean, and easy to get around, and our cabin was likewise. HOWEVER, KOA promised wi-fi and air-conditioning and both were disappointing. The air-conditioning was not on when we arrived and the temperature in the cabin was 92 degrees! Once it was on, it cooled one room, but not the other. Most of the time, the wi-fi did not work.

Ruined Memorial Day weekend! Was put in primitive tent area next to dumpsters and sewage swamp when I booked a site with water and electric. Rude staff member. Only one toilet worked in bath house. Pool was green. We left a day early. Only plus was getting full refund but doesnt make up for a ruined weekend that was suppose to be fun. Owners should be ashamed!

My only problem was we had a pontoon boat with us and were told to not park next to our cabin to park it in a lot. We did but there were a few boats around us that people kept in there parking areas. Mine was the only boat in the lot and I feel it should be policed better.
