Power went out on Sunday when it was 80 degrees. Not good with no air with pets and food in the fridge. Also, the price is increased quite a bit for the holiday. Nothing is different except more people paying more money.

Electrical supply was challenging since there were limited capabilities on each post and the distance between utilities (electric and water) was difficult to maneuver without borrowed extensions for both... The staff, on the other hand, was awesome - friendly and engaging, and the campground nd itself was very nice with good space between sites!

Linen was very good. Cabin was overpriced. Fire ring wasn’t very inviting. The staff was great.

Sites are decent sized which we loved. However, we had 4 kids with us and not much for them to do as the playground was roped off and half off the arcade games didn't work or ate our money! We stayed Mother's Day weekend and most activities were geared towards the moms, which was nice, but there should have been more for the kids to do!

Facilities could use rehab. Power flicked on off few times over holiday weekend. Nice register help. Staff not as visible as other locations.

Great campground! We really enjoyed the park itself and all it offered. The dog park was tremendous! The KOA staff and workers were friendly and helpful. It is a big campground and the site arrangement worked very well. Many places to go outside the campground in the surrounding area.

we weren't too pleased because of the lack of privacy but the tornado did break a lot of trees. We pretty much had the campground to our self (4 units). The fishing wasn't great but we caught enough for a meal. I think I might like to try a campground right on the lake next time. Bill ferris

Very disorganized. Hade 3 sites reserved in a row they separated us yet the sites we reserved remained empty.

I was sad to see that the campground had been rocked by a tornado last November, despite that the staff was upbeat and as helpful as always. Pymatuning KOA has become my family's favorite destination for weekend vacations. Wonderful staff, wonderful cabins and tent sites, wonderful KOA.

This is our third time staying at this KOA. It was the best time we have had yet! Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Special request to be in a quieter section was honored. Cabin was clean and well maintained for the most part (lots of spiders, and sink faucet constantly dripped). Comfy place to hang out while it rained. We will definitely be returning! Thanks KOA!

The girls were very sweet and helpful at check in. The campground was quiet. We feel the cabins needed some attention. They were older, the outside was rotting in areas, the deck boards were loose and you could see some water damage inside. The heat worked well. If this were a first experience in a KOA cabin it would more than likely be a last for many. We were disappointed with the cabin.

Came during a wind storm, not the KOA's fault. No electric, no water, no heat in below freezing temps. Not your fault. When I asked if we could get some water, we were told to go to town. There were bottles in their fridge. The electric came back on at 9.30 PM but nobody checked on us before or after. We were the only guests in the park and there was NO concern for our comfort . Far below KOAnorm.

Requested an end lot and was told they were all booked, but there were a few end lots that never had people the entire time we were there.

The campground was beautiful and very clean, including the bathhouses. Nice flat spots and easy to back into. Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay was ruined because half of our party left due to gas leak in their cabin. Calling customer service is a joke! They are rude...i asked a lady to stop yelling at me. Then she gave me the wrong info! I brought more stuff than i needed because of that! I was charged a pet &linen fee for no reason! My porch light was out and my oven didn't work! I didnt enjoy my stay. Depressing wknd!

The stay was fine , but when backing your trailer in or driving in , the camp site approach was only about 8 ' wide and the road was narrow so you had to jocky your trailer and vechile several times to get the trailer placed. The same problem when leaving . A large motor home pulled into the camp site across the road from us and went into the ditch , bending his rear door up. He was not happy .

It was nice, but the sites were a little unlevel and could really use some more gravel at the sites. The rest of the campground is beautiful and had a lot of fun activities.

Check in person was very nice and helpful as was the usher to the spot. The spot was a little trouble some backing in to avoid the drainage ditches and a concrete pad would have been nice. The kamp was clean and the dog park was awesome. It was a quiet place and well maintained.

This was our first time at a KOA and also the first time we rented a cabin. We were very pleased with the campground and the cabin. We had 4 adults and all were very happy with the cabin and how clean it was! When calling to make the reservation, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and personable. She made me feel very comfortable that we picked a good place to stay!

The staff was uber friendly. My friend and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Went to Sparkle grocery store came back and made a good ole country dinner. Had bacon and eggs w/ orange juice for breakfast on the deck. It was amazing for me a city girl to be out in the country enjoying the scenery. My doggy daughter Chloe Pepper really enjoyed herself as well. We will be back!

I rented 2 2 bedroom cabins. No air conditioning in one that i had to complain about which they eventually put in window units cause other cabins they showed us had things wrong with them too and the other cabin the air conditioner broke during our stay. They both were musty smelling and one cabins water smelled like rotten eggs. Other than that nice and roomy.

Arrived to a somewhat lengthy checking time. Clerk has to jump back and forth between stations to checkin and ring purchases. Roads are narrow and hookups are far away from sites compared to normal. Tried calling office 4 times for information, left messages for call back which never happened, why can't they answer the phone or atleast call back. Was 2 days and no call back
